roof cleaning
+ -1 moreWe agreed on 3" of insulation on my ceilings. When I measured a room while it was being applied there was less than 3 inches in most places. When confronted with this the owner threw his screwdriver across the room in frustration. They ran out of insulation without being able to provide the contracted thickness.
Description of Work: Spray foam closed cell insulation.
