+ -1 moreOverall it was a very rewarding experience as we ended up with a home and land that were well suited to our purpose. Dave also provided us with great service after the sale. Even helped us with our move-in. Astounding really. My wife and I strongly recommend Dave Lorrey. He earned every penny of his comission and then some.
Description of Work: My wife and I moved here from Washington State. Dave acted as "buyers agent" on our behalf. We had very specific requirements for the land we were seeking. Dave spent many days visitng properties with us over a period of 9 months and several trips from Washington. In addition he enabled us to close the sale remotely from our previous home in Washington.
