The initial conversation was pleasant and clear. He knew what we wanted, but checked by making a site inspection and negotiated the exact wishes we had before commitment to work. Gary LaJoie, the person we dealt with, is an informed, pleasant, professional who works hard at his task. He arrived on time, completed the work as promised, and made frequent telephone contact before beginning to ensure our expectations and his were in sync. He worked to bring only the equipment needed so as to keep the price down and personally helped us with finding the cheapest rentals when we needed them.
