Not a good experience. There were many issues with my pool installation and the services they were expected to provide. When I tried to address the issues I was told it was others fault and there was nothing they could do. When I tried to get a hold of the owner to speak directly to him after months of problems he refused to speak with me and I was told that the company lawyer would only communicated from then on. I regret hitting this company.

I had a phenomenal experience! Pat, the owner, worked very closely with me, and always available to answer questions, and keep me updated on the project. I can not say enough about the crew, especially Rick, and "other Rick". They were prompt, professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and sooo patient with my million questions! They completed my project during the heat wave- never heard a single complaint! I would highly recommend

They were professional. I dealt with them on the phone. They gave me an estimate the next day. I have no complaints.

After admitting to myself that my 18'x36' inground pool had a leak somewhere in it's plumbing I contacted EZ Test. Almost everytime I called they took a message, but they always called back when they said they would. After coming out and looking at the pool, they determined that I had three leaks, at different points, in the pools plumbing. They later brought back one of the owners to take a look and help come up with the most cost effective and least time consuming options for repair. They took quite a bit of time to lay out exactly what they thought was wrong and how they would go about fixing it. They also cautioned that once they started digging they could find other issues. Before the job began we had best and worst case scenario estimates, and several incremental estimates in between. Once we scheduled them to have the work done, it was done on time, and for less than estimated costs. They cleaned up after the job was done, were very courteous and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had them back in the fall to close our pool as well.
