David did an excellent job! He was a hard working and courteous professional. High attention to detail.

I called this company because I had a bad O-ring that was causing a leak in my toilet. I ordered the new part and was looking for the technician to replace it. Drain King sent out Santo who insisted that it was not the O-ring and was in fact a hose that was not plugged in correctly. He plugged in the hose , gave me a bill, and told me to call back if it continued to leak. The leak continued so I called Santo back. He agreed this time that it was the O-ring and stated that he does not work on Kohler Toilets. He then suggested that I "call a plumber". After hearing this I called and asked for my money back. They had Santo call me back, he became loud and rude on the phone. When I told him that I would not be yelled at on the phone he continued to yell. I then called back Drain King who proceeded to tell me how I was lucky they only charged me $95 and that they normally charge people more. And that they are not in fact a plumber they just fix drains and occasionally toilets. Avoid this company at all costs, especially if you need a plumber.

Within minutes, removed toilet, clear obstruction, replaced toilet and solved our problem of a toilet which would not flush even after augering. Cleaned up and overall excellent work. Nice guy too. Recommend him to anyone with a drain problem.

This ended up being a situation where rocks, silt and dirt had plugged the pipe running to the pond. Dave was able to find the point of the problem and empty out the debris and gallons and gallons on backed up water. By morning the cellar was dry. We are extremely please with Dave's work and would recommend them to others as well as call them again should the problem come back...which we hope it won't!

They couldn't find the trap the first day and they came out the second day and it was sitting right in front of us. They had to bring a bigger machine and everything. They didn't charge me.

I called on a Saturday and they answered promptly. Discussed that it was not an emergency and decided that it could wait until Monday as services over the weekend are more expensive. They arrived exactly on time, identified the problem and completed the job in 45 minutes. They cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely hire them again.

Dave came highly recommended from a friend in the plumbing business. Dave and his partner showed up, had the problem diagnosed within minutes (clogged main sewer line), explained to me the process, and got to work. 40 minutes later the problem was fixed and we were both on our way. He fixed another issue with the toilet for free, and even helped explain to my tenants the issue and what they could do to keep it from happening again. He was personable and professional, price was reasonable, I will be using him again.
