Description of Work: When we thought of selling our home 2009, we decided to address a chronic water problem in our unfinished basement. We elected to address priority areas to reduce the estimated costs. In the fall we had a 100 year rain storm--6 inches in an hour. Another section leaked, so we had BSNH back to address it. The result was very impressive to our broker and several bidders. As we negotiated with the highest bidder, they were concerned we had not addressed one last section of the foundation. BSNH returned for that work immediately, which allayed all the buyers' fears and we completed the sale. I can't compliment BSNH enough for being willing to work with us, breaking the job into manageable segments and then meeting our tight schedule to finish the last step.
