All Pro Power Washing

It went really well! The house was built 30 years ago and it had never been washed before. You should have seen the crud that came cascading off the place. The two gentleman that came were pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced and did a fast and complete job. The moss, lichens, mold, algae and whatever else was growing on the dark sides of the house were washed away and all the dirt and grime was gone. The front concrete steps look like brand new: no more black mold and grime and all that other stuff. The decks in the back came out looking like new. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with this job. And I thought the price for this big duplex, 2 decks and those front steps was incredibly fair. Downright cheap, I thought. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat. I am extremely pleased!

I hired All Pro to pressure wash my house. I used them about 3 years ago after getting several bids from different providers. They were quite a bit more than the cheapest provider and about 20% more than the average. I was about to go with someone else when they called me to follow up on the quote and I gave feedback that the cost seemed high. However, after speaking with them, I decided to give them a chance since they were very professional when they came out to bid the job. I'm glad I did. The process they used kept my house cleaner longer (as they promised) and, in the end I saved money since I would have called in someone else after just 1 year. I highly recommend them and I feel I got an excellent value since my house stayed clean longer and they are a real pleasure to work with. I will only call them from now on when I need my home pressure washed.
