He showed me something that might go wrong in the near future so instead of paying for two service calls I had him fix the pulley wheels while he was here. He showed me the difference between the old pulley wheels and the new ones, so I knew he wasn't scamming me.

Wes quickly returned my call. He was prompt and called to let me know he was on his way. He looked over everything and let me know at some point some other things will need to be fixed but said they still had a few years left. Very honest.

Wesley arrived promptly, ran some tests, and diagnosed the problem as worn bearings in the pulleys combined with original extension springs that were too stiff for my light doors. He replaced the old pulleys, and put in lighter springs, solving the problem at a reasonable cost. I plan to rely on him in the future.

Wesley was very professional, knowlegeable and polite. He was able to come within a reasonable amout of time and was flexible with his schedule. He arrived when he said he would , was on time, and got right down to business. He knew right away what needed to be done, explained to me what he was doing and why. His goal was to provide the service to take care of my immediate problem with the garage door cable and spring and roller replacement. He did not try to upsell. I would definitely recommend him. We will consider putting in new garage doors in the near future and Wesley will do it.
