We had a pretty significant project to correct from previous HVAC resources. New HVAC work pipes needed to be hidden, duct work exposed to game room overlooking breakfast area and family room was extremely distracting. Payson worked with me on implementing an elegant design solution to create a ceiling and chase to hide the duct work and piping. The work was excellent and the new ceiling/chase installed looks as if the design was always part of the room and it is seamless to the room. Very professional. Payson also built a custom Birch 3 column built in book case. They again worked tirelessly to provide the look and feel that I wanted to tie into existing design elements of the room/house. They also installed moulding throughout my cathedral ceiling family room and game room. Beautifully done - makes the rooms standout and tie into a lot of the work done throughout the house. All projects including the deck, built in shelving, new closet, new lighting was done with a high degree of professionalism, extreme care and quality, and the utmost desire to do what is right by the client/customer. The Payson team is very committed to doing professional work going beyond the customer expectations. They are courteous, come when expected, and leave your property cleaning when they came (each day they pick up and clean). I am glad I found Payson Home Services - and I am using them again for another major project.
