Plumber arrived 10 minutes early for scheduled appt. Went straight to work. To my surprise, my owner-supplied disposal from Home Depot did not come with any wiring! Chip offered to go to Hardware store to get it, but used wiring I had on hand. Problem and delay averted! Installed disposal and faucet nicely and cleaned up some original piping that was a bit aged. (The main reason I had the pros come in and not attempt this myself!) Bathroom sink repair was simple and quick. All work done for under $200. I would only suggest that "drop cloths" be put on floor and under sink to capture any dirt, plumbing material, shoe scuffs. Surfaces were wiped clean, but not to their original state before work began. Over all, work was professional and done well. That is what was important. Wilder Plumbing came highly recommended by a contractor I spoke with. I wasn't disappointed with the work.

The reviews on AL are pretty positive, especially commenting on how responsive this plumber is when contacted through his site. So, I thought I would ask this plumber to do a repair on my heating system. (As I found out later after contacting a more responsive provider, it turned out to be a very simple repair, and cost just the price of the service call.) I needed to get this done within a week. I never heard back from him. A quick line to the effect of "sorry, cannot do it this week" is what a professional would do. I wouldn't want to work with somebody who cannot even handle basic correspondence with potential customers.

Awesome, professional, attention to the smallest detail.

New kitchen cabs and counter were newly installed. They were very eager to help and came when we asked. I give them an A for responsiveness. But after the work was done we realized the expensive new faucet was not installed correctly. All of the hardware was not used correctly. I had to do it myself. But the worst problem was the drain and trap were assembled without using any pvc cement. They leaked immediately and for the next 2 weeks. I had to call them back. That's when they informed me the guy who did the work didn't use cement. They were nice about it but didn't apologize or give me any money off. Finding an available plumber is not easy so i didn't want to be difficult with them. But I certainly question their skill and professionalism now.

It was far less expensive than I expected and fixed fairly quickly (as opposed to tearing the ceiling apart). The only reason they did not get all A's was because he left some insulation loose, instead of putting it back where it came from. A problem for me, because I am handicapped and have to hire someone else to put it back.

Everything went smoothly and perfectly.

The service was only a couple of days ago, so I'm assuming the work was done correctly and I wont have any issues. I feel if i did have issues they would come out to rectify the problem promptly.

It all went very well and I am pleased.
