Total Climate Control

At first they were higher than 2 other quotes that we got but we liked their professionalism (Doug) so much more. They knew what they were talking about without having to make calls during our first meeting about the products that needed to be used and he did not speak down to me because I was a woman. I worked for Home Depot for 5 years and I knew everything that was needed and what wasn't needed and Total didn't pull and strings or try to sell me anything that I didn't need. After getting 4 quotes I called Doug and asked for him to match the other quotes of course he was including a much longer warranty than the others so we reduced the warranty to make everything apples to apples on the quote and it was matched. We were not in a rush to have it done as our furnace was working fine and we were only upgrading to a more efficient furnace so within 2 weeks our new furnace was installed. The two gents that installed it were amazing! I have never seen cleaner workers. They left everything cleaner than when they came in, they explained the workings of everything to me as this is a newer type of furnace and went through all of the paperwork with me. They are young but they know their stuff. You will be so happy you have gone with these guys. I will use these guys again in a heart beat when it comes time for our hot water heater change out!! The full amount hit my credit card prior to the job, even though the contract says 30% up front. Now I know why - their 2 person crew spent 14 hours at my house today and I have no working heat. And they have no clue what is wrong. I called to complain and they said they would "pass along the message."

Total Climate Control installed a new furnace for me. They were by far the cheapest solution, and their quality on the project was great. Very friendly customer service, and very knowledgeable installers. They removed my huge 20 year old furnace and installed a much smaller one, but kept the AC system in tact, which I requested. No hard sells when installing. Quick and professional. They are the #1 contact on my list for HVAC now!!

This company is the best i have worked with in all the furnace service companies i have tried in the past. they were prompt to call, quick with there work, the pricing was not even comparable to others in the business, the women who scheduled our work contacted me through the entire process and was very helpful. The Gentlemen that did the service was just great. He was honest and wasnt trying to sell us items or services we didnt need, ( which many do) and i will not go back to those other companies for this reason.
