The gentleman who came was very personable, explained everything to me and did the work fast and with no disruption to my household.

Actually came a week early, they contacted us and had someone available, They did some small miscellaneous work. There was an issue with an exterior faucet installation and some accidental damage to a kitchen counter. Management was very responsive and action is underway to correct the issue. Overall we are pleased and it is good to have access to a local company when there is a need.

They showed up timely, cleaned up after themselves and finished earlier then originally thought. My only problem was the cost but it actually was average for a plumber and the time spent doing job. I would definitely recommend them to others and I would have them back, if ever needed.

Did a very good job installing my fixtures however did not caulk around the bath surround and although they caulked around the bathtub, it was poorly done and needed to be cleaned up.

They didn't know how to work on the unit, and because of its age just recommended replacement. The replacement cost was way to high.

Installed two Mitsubishi splits and the work was done in a professional manner by techs who knew what they were doing, were cognizant of the home interior and worked hard not to destroy any of the exterior vegetation during installation. I would without any hesitation recommend this firm to others looking for this type of an upgrade.

I had my ac unit service last thursday. I was handed a bill for 900 dollars. Eight pounds of refrigerant was added at a 100 dollars a pound most other companies in the area are charging less than 20 dollars a pound. I called to see if I could negotiate my bill with no success. I would recommend going elsewhere. Very disappointed, was a first time user

They charged $300.00 more than price quoted over the phone. They said it was because it was a mobile home, but I told the girl on the phone that it was a mobile home. I felt they should have honored the price quoted. They installed a new water heater, but didn't have a new pan for it. The water heater was larger than the old one, so they mickey moused the old pan to use it instead of getting a new one. The workers were very nice and service was quick, but rates were high.

dissapointed in the Company overall. We had a leaky toilet. We received a call and was told a repairman was on the way from Concord to Manchester. Howard was very nice and knowledgeable. However all we needed was to replace the flush valve . Which only took less than. Half hour. The charges are ridiculous including mileage of $94.00 which we were never advised of and $216.00 for labor and a $20. Part! Very disappointed and will never recommend your company or request again!,,,
