They did a great job. We were especially pleased they could accommodate our scheduling request to hook the dryer and stove up the next day. Over the phone, they confirmed a GE certified technician would be coming out for the conversions.
Description of Work: We purchased a new dryer and stove as well as the propane conversion kits. Our current plumber just informed us they no longer provide propane conversion services.

I have spent enough time on this already so am just going to paste what is included in my Better Business Bureau claim. The best part is the owner Larry never being available when I call, yet Doug, the other person in the office didn't hang up the phone properly (who does that?) so I heard the entire exchange that followed between Doug and Larry.......yet Larry was unavailable?!?Poor service and worse customer service. I used only because Lowes required usage via a service plan. Will never use again. BBB claim: This complaint started with a service delivery issue and ended as a customer service issue.On 1/25/19 a Technician came to service a washer under warranty (the only reason I used them as I have other providers I use but was required to use Mr. Appliance through my Lowes Service Plan) and had him look at a dishwasher that was experiencing an E24 code for well over a year; it worked but with a few pushes of a button instead of one so figured it was worth the diagnostic fee to see if they could solve problem.The Tech did not have the parts required for either job so was required to schedule a follow up appointment on 2/1/19 and I had to pay 2/3 of the cost of the dishwasher job.I still had my reservations that the Tech had a solution that worked but was assured if the part he installed did not fix the issue, he would remove and return the unit the the same condition as he arrived and I would be refunded for all except the $99 diagnostic.The fix did not work and I overheard him on the phone with Bosch and found that he ordered the wrong part.I declined additional work and he returned unit to what he obviously thought was the same condition.I called the office, per Tech's suggestion, to get refund process started.Was told by Doug that he had to clear that with the owner; whoa! What needed to be cleared? Got very little explanation but started getting an uneasy feeling.Started the dishwasher and it produced no water.Called office back and got nothing but accusations that I declined additional work, I misunderstood the issue, etc. I told them I wanted the Tech to return and get the dishwasher back in working order.Was told they would do so with my credit card number to charge me for the visit.Made multiple calls asking to speak with owner. Owner dodged me. Requested the full amount ($99 diagnostic) be refunded as I either needed to find another provider to fix or had to purchase another dishwasher.No refund.Owner refused to take my call or reply to my email, which I was asked to send.

Poorly. Carl has very poor customer service skills. I suspect his condescending attitude was because a woman was calling. I called to ask for an appointment. He explained their appointment process which was reasonable. He added that if we chose not to get the repair after the diagnosis a fee if $89.95 would be charged. Fair enough. When I told him that I am certain that the water pump needs to be replaced ( won’t bore readers with why I know this) and asked if I could get a price on that equipment, things started to go south. I told him that I understand the technician would have to diagnose the issue but I wanted a sense of what I was looking at in terms of cost. He then explained that he couldn’t do that as he is “not a technician”. I acknowledged that and said I would do online research. I then became subject to a lecture about being sure that I knew what I was looking for, how to understand the difference between new and used parts and ending with a story about his 81 year old grandmother who bought a filter and thought she was saving money BUT IT WAS USED. I thanked him and indicated that I wanted to give him my contact info so that he could let me know my two hour appointment window on Friday. He replied, “I am not going to let you know. I am going to email you. “ I confronted him on his attitude. He made a half-hearted attempt at amends claiming he didn’t understand my feedback. When I asked what he felt the difference was between “letting me know” and “emailing me” he said “none”. I asked why would you act that way towards a customer and told him that I am going to reach out to someone else for help. He said that I was “rude” and he was going to terminate the call. I have never written a bad review on social media before. I am astounded at this man’s behavior. My experience is that if you don’t treat someone well when you are in the beginning stages of establishing a business relationship you won’t be treated well as needs progress.

It cost nothing, it was covered under the warranty. Sometimes warranties are worth keeping for certain things. I do it for my washer and dryer too. I?m saying it took a half an hour. They had to do the initial call to see what was going on. It was pretty serious, it could have been a fire. Somehow the wires got crossed behind the stove in there. It kind of shorted out the panel, it?s an electric stove, so you couldn?t use some of the burners. I think they usually give you like a 2-hour window. He will call ahead of time, usually they will give you a 4-hour window. Then when they are on their way they will let you know and give you a 2-hour idea of when they will be coming. Instead of saying between like 1:00 & 5:00, they will say like between 2:00 & 4:00. It?s hard enough doing that, especially if you have to take time off of work.

Description of Work: Replaced power cord on dishwasher. Received an email the night before confirming the appointment and provided the name and photograph of the tech that would be providing the service. The tech also called 30 minutes before to let us know he would be there on time.

Description of Work: They did a warranty repair on an LG three door Refrigerator. The technician was polite and knowledgeable and needed to do a lot of work to locate the problem. He ordered the parts and installed them which also was a lot of work. It took several days and calls to get the service but it was not urgent, the refrigerator was still working and LG "intelligent diagnostic: did not work. I attribute the delays to problems in LG providing information. The tech finally had to come in person and run a lot of tests to find the problem which was two failed temperature sensors.

Description of Work: Replaced a number of fuses in a dryer. Correctly diagnosed the problem. Did a great job of communicating what was required and corrected the problem. Seemed a bit pricey, but didn't really compare to others.
