Dylan was wonderful from the start. He replaced a fascia trim piece at the peak of my roof. He also secured other trim pieces without charge.

The owner displayed a sense of professionalism as well as being respectful of me and my property. There were a number of problem areas on my roof. Before beginning the work, he discussed these defects with me as well as how he was going to approach solving these problems in the most cost effective way. Since he had taken pictures while on the roof, I was able to understand. Pricing was fair. Job was completed in a timely fashion. I highly recommend The Roofing Company.

The Roofing Company’s owner came to our house on a brutally cold day. He was on the roof and quickly identified the source of a leak affecting our bathroom ceiling. He had the tools and materials he needed along with the ladders and went right to work. He had the job finished in several hours. The results were great. No more leak, a professional inspection, he described the needed repair, and quickly completed the job. We couldn’t have asked for more. Plus he was courteous and polite. Highly recommend The Roofing Company!

If I could show you pictures of this job you would not hire this company. For skylight replacement. To Dylans credit he was very polite. He replaced 2 skylights that were the wrong size ( too big) and did not follow velux installtion guidelines. When I saw the flashing on top of the shingles I got really concerned about leaks and asked him to come back, which he did - again to his credit. I went up on the roof with him and saw the job for myself and knew he was way over his skill level to install skylights. He came back once again and covered the flashing with roofing rubber to prevent leaks during the rain per my demand and agreed to replace the skylights with the proper size. He is now not answering my calls, texts or emails and was suppose to send confirmation of the replacement order for the correct size windows so the repair could be done this past Tuesday. He also has not mailed me a hard copy invoice per my request and I paid CASH. If you hire this contractor be sure to get a certificate of insurance and proof of who he is. I would not want this to happen to anyone else. I regret that I have to share this bad experience but it is not professional and totally unacceptable for any business.

Dylan was very professional and on time. Even early. Had answers to solve issues.

Dylanâ s response was prompt and he was able to clean the gutters on my Expandable Cape style home the day following our first meeting. He arrived at my home even a bit earlier than initially agreed so he could set up all of his equipment and ladders to begin the job right on schedule. The work was completed both efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend Dylan and The Roofing Company and I will definitely hire him for more work in the future.

Excellent repair job "roof tune up" to my complicated skylight, chimney, plumbers exhaust, venting and moss issues on a roof only 13 years old

They did a great job repairing the asphalt shingles on our roof.

went up on there and took pictures to show me where the leak was and also took pictures of the vent boot that had cracks all around it and replace it.

On time, courteous and nice clean up. Will hire for future projects.

He sent someone to my house who did not even know what the actual job was and had to communicate with him to ensure the guy was going to do what he was supposed and then the worker also brought his wife who laid on top of my roof which I was very uncomfortable with due to potential risk.

Immediate response to telephone call. Evaluated the water leaking problem from skylight/chimney, the next day. Returned in 2 days to make all needed repairs. Job well done under harsh weather conditions.
