Rich Liardo responded to my phone message immediately, arrived to our house exactly on time, assessed the job (a difficult one - for which I had already spoken to three other companies who all said "oh this is a very complicated job...") - Rich's response was more like: "This is NOT a problem - we do this all the time and we would be happy to fix this and it will only take a few hours." He took measurements - explained clearly the problem that caused the breakage (shifting weight - insufficient window frame size - snow load on flat roof above, etc.) and how he'd size the window differently to help bare the load the window was under. The quote came back within a day - the price he gave us was great - and his Office Manager Tracy has been a dream to deal with! We were all set to book the repair and a family emergency arose that delayed the booking for a whole year. Rich came back out - again - to the minute on time - requoted the job - it was only increased by $50 from the initial quote - and we booked the job. Rich's team of two installers came this Saturday - exactly on time - and worked non-stop for over 4 hours (one of the windows was near-impossible to remove - they did it - beautifully - in sweltering 90 degree weather. They were lovely - polite - confident - competent and assured us that all was going just fine - they finished and cleaned up everything - reinstalled the tricky wood molding that surrounds the windows - and moved furniture back in the room - and we have two gorgeous - unbroken windows! Less than an hour after the workmen left, Rich phoned me to see if the work was done well, the furniture put back in place and that the work area was cleaned up and that we were happy! And I told him YES! to all of his questions and told him how wonderful his men are and he said "I would only send you the best!" and I believe it - his whole team is great! THANK YOU R&D - YOU'RE AMAZING!

It went great! My phone call was returned promptly, the gentlemen was very pleasant and professional, and the cost was reasonable. A serviceman came to our home and measured the glass to be replaced. He did need to remove glass from one of the windows for a precise measurement however it wasn't an issue. A couple/few days later he returned with the new glass. He set up a work station outside where he worked on one window at a time, then replaced and washed each. After 2-3 hours he cleaned up and was on his way. Having the new glass has made a big difference. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend this company
