i had 3 bathroom mirrors replaced. R& D Glass was very prompt and efficient.. they measured the space needed and installed the mirrors very quickly. They did a great job and I I am very happy with the results. I would highly recommend this company

Replacement of a stationary double pane sash that had broken and lost its vacuum. I contacted them around noon time expecting a visit to schedule the job, they completed the job today, as I had the replacement sash. Great job on a difficult removal and installation!!

The man who did the work did a great job. My mirror is now very secure. I will recommend you to anyone in my complex.

Good work - not great on communication. Wanted a custom full height installation but got a lower standard height. They refunded the price difference but doesn't change that I now have something that wasn't my ideal solution. They should have told me up front that what I wanted wouldn't work for reasons & offer alternative solutions if there were any. Wasn't told in advance that I would be unable to shower for 2 days after installation.

I had a broken outer door window that I wanted replaced quickly because it posed a safety risk and it was cold out. We completed the quote by exchanging photos over text message - the repair itself was quick and the guys who came by were super friendly and explained things to me (I'm not wise on home improvement things) so I understood what they did. Rick also gave me some free advice concerning other outer windows on our rather old house :). Would definitely use them again.

We had a broken window in my 90 year old Mom's bedroom. We called at 4:45pm and someone was there measuring by 9:00am next day with glass installed a few days later. Clean and neat workmanship. Very professional and GREAT value.

Rich is the MAN! Very accessable (He answers his own phone). Picked up the sashes, fixed them in 2 days and brought them back and re-installed them. He even noticed a broken clip that, if not fixed, would have impacted the opening action of the window. He did that for us! I will most certainly use R & D Glass for all our glass needs.
