This is the first time we worked with R&D Glass and I have to say that I m quite impressed. Rich was very responsive from the moment I requested a quote through Home Advisor. He promptly called me and set up an appointment to view the work. He then provided a quote, which was very competitive, and within 10 days (time for the windows to be manufactured), everything was done. Moreover, I was impressed by how courteous and prompt Rich was. For example, when he arrived for the initial quote, he removed his shoes - likewise when he came for the install. Also, when he committed to an appointment time, he was always on time. Lastly, when he installed our windows, he cleaned them both inside and out. Definitely would recommend R&D Glass.
