Excellent work, timely response. My child broke a pane of glass 3 days before Christmas, and R and D was able to come out, order, and install a replacement, all within a week, The owner himself came out the day after I called (it wasn't an emergency, it was a double pane window), took measurements, and reversed the window so the broken glass was facing out until the replacement came in.

I would absolutely do business with this company again. Both men were professional and handled the job extremely well. The price was very reasonable and the job was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the outcome. JOB WELL DONE!

Rich was professional, prompt, neat and thorough. He did a perfect job and saved me so much money. He replaced double pane insulated glass windows for a very reasonable price when I was told by the 2 big window companies that I had to replace the entire unit for many thousands of dollars. Exceptional professional service, either answered my calls or immediately got back to me, on time with appointments made, explained what has to be done, provided update as to products ordered, left worksite clean as could be. I usually do not patronize contractors but the R & D Glass Co is in a class of their own. If need be I will use them again.
