Rich and his assistant were professional, particular, and pleasant. They made sure that my bathroom, which had a tricky bit of cutting and positioning on walls that weren't always straight, looked really good.

These guys did a great job. I hired them to repair a picture window above my door. It took them all of 18 minutes to do the job. They were running late due to no fault of their own, and knocked about 10% of the price of the repair because of it. I'd definitely use them again.

Rich inspected our discolored insulated unit of a casement window and provided an estimate quickly. He replaced the unit in several days after our acceptance of his offer. Great job!

This was a repair/install that I considered an emergency. Rich responded quickly. Rich was terrific finding the right size replacement glass and installing it within 48 hours. The price was high because of the time frame, not his fault. He called ahead and he and his assistant arrived at the approved time, worked efficiently and were done quickly. I would highly recommend R&D.

I had not considered R&D as I read through the list because their home base seemed quite far from where I needed the work done. I discovered in talking to Rich that they travel all around MA. I hired him on the spot because I liked his kind personality and his price. He has taken measurements for the window replacement and it is on order and will be installed by Tues.
