Good service

I was not familiar with R&D as I was referred to them through Home Advisor. Heavy winds destroyed a couple of windows on my porch. Within about an hour of me picking up the phone the job was done. They were obviously prompt. The cost was very reasonable and Rich was very friendly and did a very good job explaining the fix. Should I ever need glass work at my home again R&D will be my first call. Thanks guys!!!

Rich was professional, efficient, friendly and got the job done in a timely fashion. I had the glass replaced in several windows. The job was done cleanly. This was hardly any disturbance to the house or my lifestyle. Great job!

Both Rich and Tracy (who is in the office) were excellent at keeping me informed as to the progress of my glass replacement. The only reason it took so long was that the glass had to be special ordered and when the first piece came in it had a flaw. Rich was not satis-fied with it and he knew that I wouldn't be either. In addition, it was a small job and Rich was the only one who contacted me. The work was completed today, the price was reasonable, and I am very happy with the results.

These guys were very prompt and professional once they arrived. The only issue that I had was that when we scheduled for them to arrive for the window repair, they said that it was for the window measurement only and they had to order the glass. I was under the impression that they were going to fix it on the first visit. When we rescheduled they arrived on time and did a great job of repairing our windows and made some maintenance recommendations to extend the life of the rest of our windows.
