He repaired some windows that had the seal broken and repaired a patio screen door, in preparation for getting our house ready to sell. What a remarkable experience - after talking to several contractors we almost gave up because we just did not like the solutions offered. We were very fortunate to get Rich’ contact info via a friend/colleague who successfully used his services for several of her RE clients. He came in on a short notice and a few minutes into his consultation, we realized he is the only one we could trust with this project: we were impressed by his attention to detail and thrilled with the solution he suggested - and at the reasonable price. He also brought up a couple of very important things that that none of the other contractors noticed and this was something that helped us make the smart design decision. The glass was manufactured with no delay. We did have to push the installation due to family circumstances and he was more than happy to accommodate the new date. The installation process was efficient and stress-free, and the crew left the site spotless. We are absolutely loving our new shower and would recommend Rich in a heartbeat – he is a true professional and a very pleasant person to deal with!
