PRUDENTIAL REMODELING

It doesn't seem to matter what type of work you need done at your house, Prudential Remodeling can do anything. I reached out to them to get a quote to remove all of the old decking and railings and replace it all with composite decking and railings. Not knowing what something like this would cost, we did get a secondary quote. Not only was their quote slightly lower than the other one we received, their quote had better products for the entire project, which in turn to me says their quote was much less than the other quote. We immediately signed the contract and got on their schedule. Kevin and a couple of his guys showed up on time and got to work right away. During the process, we added a few extra things (lattice around the entire deck, doors on either side of the deck for easy access under the deck) that we wanted done. Kevin didn't even blink an eye and immediately put together a list of things he would need to get to complete the extra work. Needless to say, the deck came out great and are super pleased with the work. Everything was done on time and the only added cost from the contract is what we added after the fact. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Everything is fantastic.

After using Prudential Remodeling to redo our front porch/steps in November 2015, when it came time to redo our bathrooms, there was no hesitation on who I would call to provide us with a quote. I reached out to Kevin and Shannon asking them to provide us with a quote. Within a couple of days, I had the quote in my email. My husband and I immediately said yes to the quote and we asked to be put on the schedule. The communication with Kevin and Shannon are by far the best I've ever experienced. The whole project was great from start to finish. Let me just say the patience level Kevin has is AMAZING. We kept adding more projects on, asked a gazillion questions, made changes, etc. He always had a smile on his face throughout all of it. He was extremely knowledgable and always had the best ideas. Which of course we ended up going with every time. His wife Shannon kept us in the loop constantly. She responded very quickly to all of our emails. I would recommend Prudential Remodeling to everyone. Not only are they great at what they do, they were great to have around as well. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

Let me just say thank you thank you to my friend Tom for referring Prudential Remodeling to me. As a single woman, I was a littler nervous about having people come into my home that I didn't know. The first contractor I met was Kevin. After talking with him for around 30 minutes, I was sold. He was really nice and has a very pleasant personality. I told him exactly what I was looking for and he said no problem. Within 48hrs I had a quote. I accepted without hesitation and asked for a contract. He was quite booked out, but I just knew this is who I wanted to work with. He replaced my cabinets and referred me a company called RSK for my granite counter tops. They were amazing as well. He also did some other odds and ends for me while he was there and i actually had him pick out all the hardware for the cabinets. I was stuck and just asked him to decide. I'm glad I did. He fixed a couple of spots on the walls and did some touch up painting for me. I not only got a great contractor, I also learned a lot from talking with him and watching the work being done. When these projects were done, it was the first time we had worked with Kevin. We had been pretty screwed over by another contractor prior to having Kevin come out. He seemed to know what he was talking about so we decided to take a chance on him. Not only did he do a great job with the shed and tub, we had him come back several months later to do a massive amount of work for us, which is in my other review. Thanks for everything. My wife couldn't be happier to find a great contractor and I couldn't be happier to have someone else take care of my honey-do-list.

Prudential Remodeling (Kevin) was a pleasure to have work at the house. The finished product is amazing. Kevin was very helpful on lots of details my research didn't cover. He and his employees were extremely courteous and polite, as well as fast-paced and hard-working. After they cleaned their work space so diligently, our new house became our home. We love Prudential Remodeling and would have them back for any other work we need on our home. You get what you pay for, and Kevin certainly takes pride in his work. We would recommend him to anyone we know.

Kevin was by far one of the easiest contractors to deal with! He was able to do exactly what I wanted and i couldn't be happier with the end result! My bathrooms look amazing!! I may not have been the easiest customer with the constant texts and calls, but Kevin was always there to answer any questions and ease my concerns about construction in my home! Kevin and his crew were polite and always cleaned up after themselves every day! Can't wait for my next project!

As a repeat customer, I had no issues with the services or work performed. Although I received quotes for the job that were cheaper, I chose to pay a little more knowing the quality that I would receive with Kevin at Prudential Remodeling. As usual, the work was professional quality and done when and as we agreed. I will use Prudential again as my needs arise.

I have worked with Kevin from Prudential Remodeling last year. Kevin and his team transformed a vacant loft over our garage into an apartment for our son. We were so pleased we knew he was going to be our contractor for life. We had a deck installed years ago, a 1/4 around our above ground pool ( from a different contractor). We recently added a koi pond near the pool. Kevin extended the deck between the pool and pond. Kevin came to our home on 6/1 and installed the sonic tubes and returned on the 2nd and framed and finished the deck rail and all. We came home and was amazed at how fast it was done. The quality and beauty just blew us away. We wish we had hired Prudential Remodeling on the original deck. We can see the difference. We are having our wedding in our yard in September and our new deck is ready for our family and friends to enjoy. We look forward to working with Shannon and Kevin with our planned projects.

I was very happy with the outcome of our repair. Kevin was very helpful and was able to do just what was needed to fix our shower floor. I had other people give us estimates and they wanted to do way more than what was necessary. Kevin did a great job and saved us a lot of money. Kevin and his co-worker, Dylan were easy to work with and they were able to fit our job into their schedule with a reasonable wait time. I was so happy with the job that I have already contacted Kevin for our next repair!

It went so well I decided to hire him to finish the basement and transform the unfinished space into a recording studio. He did an amazing job finishing the basement as well. He continuously worked with me as we tweaked several aspects of the design and delivered a very high quality remodel. I am very happy with my basement and would hire him again for any other remodel. Prudential Remodeling is the very best contractor I have worked with from a quality, service, and overall value perspective.

Everything about dealing with Prudential Remodeling was wonderful. Kevin did the work and was done as specified to schedule and cost. The new doors look great. Shannon handles the administrative details and after Kevin was over to do the initial work quote, she was in contact with me regularly. She was very responsive with e-mail messages and was good about making sure the correct materials were ordered, such as the color of the doors and the fasteners.

Kevin Sullivan sided our house and capped our windows and we couldn't be happier with the results. Not only giving us the best price around, he did a superb job turning our old ugly aluminium siding into the beautiful blue house we know have. He was great in helping us pick the color and once picked, Kevin and his worker came each day when they said they would and worked hard to complete the job in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Prudential Remodeling and Kevin as he is a hard worker, a gifted contractor and what seems to me to be a really good guy. A job well done and worth every penny.

After having (personally) tiled my kitchen floor, I decided to change the Kitchen cabinets to match the new flooring. The crew from Prudential Remodeling went above and beyond expectations, from ordering the cabinets ASAP to installing them and basically worked "overtime" in order to have the kitchen done before Thanksgiving. It made my holiday a happy one!

The winter of 2014-2015 was not kind to my house - in particular the massive ice dams on the roof were a real problem. And unfortunately it was a real problem for a lot of people around here. To get a general contractor to even pick up the phone was difficult and I tried many here off of Angie's List. But Kevin took my call and scheduled an appointment at my house that week. We went over all the water and roof damage and he was able to provide pricing right on the spot. Being a new home owner, he was very honest with what I should worry about and what I shouldn't. Additionally, and this is what really sticks with me, he had an opportunity to charge me for a new living room ceiling due to ice dam water damage, but instead he recommended that I dab a bleach and water mixture with a sponge first to see if that will take care of the staining and it did. He was saving me money before I even hired him! During the following Spring, Summer, and Fall, I hired Kevin and his crew to install additional insulation and vents in the attic to prevent any future ice dam issues, as well as repair the damage that the weight of the ice had caused to the rafters. In additional to the ice dam related work, I hired him for other odd-jobs around the house that I just didn't have time to do. He and his crew are very professional, clean, courteous, and, frankly, do a great job you really couldn't ask for anything more! They're now my go-to general contractor.

We've had Kevin and his crew do a couple of window projects for us-- he also fixed a leak coming in through the downstairs' bathroom ceiling. He always does fantastic work, in a timely fashion. He troubleshoots problems to find the most thorough and most cost effective solutions-- which as a first time homeowner, I truly appreciate. I would without question hire him again...as a matter a fact he's coming over next week to do an insulation job in our upstairs crawlspace. Kevin's wife, Shannon, handles most of the communication and project scheduling-- she is very friendly, responsive and diligent. They're both a pleasure to do business with!

Due to job and family issues, I have delayed this project, however I do plan to use Prudential Remodeling by years end.

Everything was to my expectations and I am absolutely thrilled. My kids are amazed with their bathroom. I highly recommend them.

We were referred to them by the previous owner of our home. They were so down to earth and very respectful. I cannot tell you how many contractors we met with in the past that would just right over my wife. Very insulting. Needless to say we didn't go with them for any jobs. Kevin and Joe addressed me as much as they did her. Our kids constantly interrupted them and they never once lost their patience. In fact they would show them what they were doing and would answer all 10 thousand questions. Ok, so getting right to it. They helped up come up with the best way to set up in-law space. Their ideas were great. After they left, we got an estimate in three days. We decided to go with them and we are so happy they did. Our project was done in a timely manner and just how we wanted it. They kept everything clean and always kept us up to date on what was going on and the next steps. They are a company we will use over and over again. Thanks guys!

Kevin has been really easy to work with. He was prompt and accurate in his estimates- his prices very reasonable, which allowed to get done everything we were hoping to do! I would recommend!

Kevin was on time to all scheduled meetings and responsive to emails; sometimes responding within a minute. He also made some nice adjustments to the original plan and made some enhancements to the plan. He and his crew were friendly and helpful.

The whole process from defining what needed to be done and the actual work went all very well. The work was done as planned and the team made sure that all surroundings remained clean. Am very pleased with the quality of the work and am considering them future remodels.

Prudential was incredibly responsive to this deal. They called in less than 2 hours from my purchase. They came out to my home and reviewed the open basement space that I want to convert into a living area. They also worked up a detailed quote to do the work in addition to the deal (3d drawings). I decided to defer the actual remodel work, they were very prompt and complete with the drawings. Thanks!
