As a company, we greatly appreciate everyone's feedback. But we are sincerely confused about this review. We have never acted unprofessionally, we have always responded to you within less than a business day if not within minutes, and you said we beat everyone's prices. You wanted a kitchen facelift. We did that for you. you wanted the cabinets painted. Not replaced. We brought the gaps in between the old cabinets to your attention and told you we could fill them with calking and paint it. You refused to let us do that so our hands were tied. We have no emails or phone calls from you stating there were any issues other than the one you would not let us fix (gaps between your existing cabinets). Paint would not fill in the gaps. You stated you understood that in your email response which we still have. Also, the price was NOT $7,000.00. It was half of that so I am not sure if this was even suppose to be a review for us and you have not responded to our emails.

Description of Work: I had Prudential replace a bathroom floor with a new subfloor and vinyl flooring. From the start to the end of the project, Kevin and Joe were prompt, courteous and professional while still being down-to-earth. I asked that the work be completed in one work day. Joe showed up 15 minutes early, got right to work and didn't stop until the job was completed. The project was completed on time (early actually), on budget and the work was excellent. Though this was a small job that a larger shop may even no-bid, they did exactly what I asked and they committed to. I would definitely recommend Prudential Remodeling and would contract them again. In fact I'm considering another project for them now. D.M.

Description of Work: I thought I bought a custom deck design, but was not provided with what I would call a design of a deck to replace what had been destroyed by falling ice. They quoted to build a new deck, but indicated that they would be unable to start work until late 2015, probably Spring, 2016, a timetable that I could not accommodate.

This is a very busy season for our company. Due to the size, location of your project and because of you not responding to us until recently, we had no choice but to give you a later timeframe. We would be more than happy to work with you on your project if you still need someone and the timeframe works, but we cannot put off our other clients that we already have booked just to bump you ahead of them. As far as you purchasing a deck design, your communication through email is below: "I do not need the 3D design. I only purchased this deal because I couldn't get anyone else to come out. I already know what the deck will look like because I need a tear down and rebuild of the double decker deck that is already here." This is why we did not give you a 3D rendering. If you would still like one we are more than happy to provide one to you. Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback.

Project was postponed.
Description of Work: Provider was quick with response to my inquiry and presented a very affordable and fair quote. We were unable to complete the project due to the unexpected enormity of the repair. However, I would recommend Prudential as a consideration because I thought the fellow who came to my house was knowledgeable, polite and honest.

Description of Work: Joe with Prudential Remodeling came out and gave us a quote for a 10 x 14 deck, which they will build for us mid June...so, as yet, we haven't had the work done, but to date, have been most impressed with Joe and his lovely nature, and professionalism, and courtesy! He has been great at staying in touch and we are excited to have this work done shortly!

The one thing we do not like about being on Angie's List is situations like this where there is no clarification or protection for the contractor on false reviews. We have never met this person, never have done work for them and never have spoken with them, but because of Angie's List policies, the review remains. We like any and all feedback from people we work with or meet, but to have a review on here that is not real, well it is very upsetting. Hopefully this is something that Angie's List will remedy someday so it is accurate and fair for everyone.
