Contractor Service
We handed a picture of a portico/roof that we liked to the guys and they built it in two days. It came out beautifully! Cost was reasonable and the structure has held up under tremendous stress from this winter's snow and ice. Would use them again for other larger remodeling projects.

My girlfriend and I bought a house about a year ago, and believe me it?s a fixer upper. Between work and fixing the house I felt a little over extended. That?s when my girlfriend found Prudential Remodeling. I wouldn?t have been able to fix my house as much as I have without Prudential. They helped me remodel my kitchen, roof my home, put hardwood floors in my living room, install new windows, and fix my disaster of a bathroom. (Seriously, it was bad.) They helped me complete all these tasks while also not undermining me and including me in on the projects. I am so grateful for all Kevin and Joe?s help. And my girlfriend is REALLY happy. They definitely kept me out of the dog house. I wouldn?t think of using any other company.

I’ve recently had the good fortune of having Prudential Remodeling do some work for me. I found them to be conservative, mindful, and patient with not only me, but also the bathroom project. Their input and creativity saved me money, time, and space. When the job was finishing up my septic broke. They offered to take a quick look. Within 15 minutes I had an answer as to why my septic kept breaking. They left me with a referral, a new bathroom, and peace of mind. After going through four reputable septic companies, repairs that had failed, and thousands of dollars I finally had an answer that worked. I would certainly recommend Prudential Remodeling. I won’t use anyone else.

He was really great when he came out to take the measurments for the addition I want to add to my home. We discussed the project and he told me he'd put together an estimate and get back to me. I haven't heard back since.

Windows
My dog broke a window in a 5 series window unit. I called Kevin and he came by right away to look at it. My dog has done more damage than not at this point. Anyway, he gave us a price to replace the one window but these windows were very old and drafty. We decided to get a price to replace the whole unit. We were very pleased with the amount he quoted us. He replaced all of the metal work and trim as well which he painted to match the existing trim in our home. He also came out to do the work for us on a Saturday which is what we needed. We have already used so much of our vacation time at our jobs, we did not want to have to use more of it. Thank you so much for taking such good care of us like always. It is great to have a contractor that I can't go to every time there is a problem and someone I can trust in my home. We have two young children in our home and no matter how many times they snuck by is and ran to see what Kevin was doing, he was always patient with them and talked to them and explained what he was doing whenever they asked. I cannot even count how many times he got asked "but why?".

General Remodeling, Basement Remodeling
We decided to finish our 750 sq ft. basement in our home. We had a few contractors come in for estimates which ranged from insane ($80,000) to someone who wanted to know what we would spend before give us their number. Also until Kevin and Joe from Prudential came over no one else directed any questions or feedback to my wife just to me.
Kevin and Joe came over asked us both what we were looking for, discussed options and time table. Now I had never hired a contractor before so when we signed the agreement I handed Kevin a check for the entire amount. Kevin explained that it would be broken up into three payments and gave me the check back. This really impressed us and created a sense of trust with Kevin and his team.
Kevin and his team worked quickly offered suggestions and ideas. The entire team was friendly, professional and worked well with pets.
The basement looks amazing and we are looking forward to working with them again.

Windows
This is my second time having Prudential Remodeling work on my house. They did such a good job on my basement that they were the only company I felt comfortable doing my windows and I'm so glad they did. We had more decisions to make on picking the right windows than I thought. Grid, no grid? Bay, double hung, or bow? Kevin Sullivan gave us all the options and information we needed to make the right choices. The thing I most appreciated was his opinion. He gave it unbiased with only our best interest in mind financially and personally. We were very undecided on what to get and asked what he would do. Based on his experience and knowledge, we listened to him and put double hung windows to replace our picture windows rather than spending so much on bay windows. We are so glad we did because we love the look of our double hung windows. He mulled them together perfectly and they look awesome. As does all the metal work he did. My husband couldn't believe how good they looked from the outside when he got home. He also got us a great deal on the windows and did them all in one day. I couldn't recommend them enough! They do a great job and Kevin could not be a nicer guy.

"The one thing we do not like about being on Angie's List is situations like this where there is no clarification or protection for the contractor on false reviews. We have never met this person, never have done work for them and never have spoken with them, but because of Angie's List policies, the review remains. We like any and all feedback from people we work with or meet, but to have a review on here that is not real, well it is very upsetting. Hopefully this is something that Angie's List will remedy someday so it is accurate and fair for everyone."

We were very impressed with Prudential Remodeling. When I called, Kevin was professional and responsive. He and his partner came out on a Saturday to assess our issue and were able to come in the following week. All along they were great at explaining the issue and how they were going to fix it. They went out of their way for us. The work was done well and in a good time frame. I'd definitely hire them again.

Once again, Kevin and Joe did an amazing job. I had some tile in one of my bathrooms that needed to be replaced and a wall I needed taken down and another one placed. We are getting ready to sell our property. All of these changes have made us very excited to put it on the market and get as much money back on this investment as we can. I am not one to write reviews but do feel compelled to do so for the company Prudential Remodeling. I was fortunate enough to be referred by a friend and hope to help others like myself in need of an honest hardworking company that is willing to work with their customers to give them the best home possible. Kevin Sullivan did the most amazing job. He was thorough in his explanation of what he was going to do and was clear and fair with pricing. Easy to talk to, always on time and best of all extremely skilled. I couldn't of asked for better results.. They did an amazing job . From someone who has had horrible experiences in the past, I'm so pleased to find a company I can use again without worry or headaches. And as a bonus he is so friendly with dogs and kids which was a plus to those who have either or both!

The reason I continue to use prudential remodeling is because of their fair prices and outstanding service. I have used this company for years. They have great follow thru and always return my calls and emails. I have also had emergency situations where they have come out late on a weekend nite to fix a leak in the roof of one of my properties. It's important to have a contractor that is forthcoming and trustworthy while deal with all of the properties I manage. If the properties do not look top notch, I would not be able to rent them out. They just put in new windows in one of my newly attained properties. They did an amazing job. All the metal work was done to match and there are not drafts or anything. I couldn't be more happier with their work and would recommend them to everyone.

They started working the day I left for vacation. They immediately called me when they discovered rotted sub-flooring. It was replaced at no extra cost. The job was finished in a timely manner and my bathroom looks great. Fantastic price quote.
