Keith ALWAYS did what he promised: He showed up on the day/at the time he promised to talk to us and provide an estimate; he started the job on the day he initially said he would; he showed up on time every day and worked an honest 8-hour day (and sometimes longer). He knows his business extremely well. He took the time to discuss those "little changes" everyone wants to make along the way and accommodated our requests. Keith and his crew were respectful and polite while on the job, and his crew demonstrated the same work ethic as Keith. I would not hesitate to hire Keith Anderson Contracting in the future. I feel like we've also gained a friend!
Description of Work: In addition to building a screened-in porch on to an existing deck, Keith Anderson Contracting installed new foundation posts to conform with updated building codes, raised and reinforced the existing deck, took down the existing stairs to the deck and built new ones, built the frame for the screen porch, built a pitched roof for the screen porch and shingled it, closed in the roof on the inside of the porch, installed the screens, and installed a screen door.
