John Leahy is an extremely professional and customer service oriented individual with the knowledge and skills to take on multiple tasks in your home. A great communicator, answering all of my texts almost immediately and no question went unanswered. We hired him to rebuild a large deck. The quote was reasonable and, upon completion of the project, remained the final price. The quality of workmanship is top notch. The project was completed in just over a week, as he and his partner arrived early every day working through 94 degree heat to finish in the time that he had anticipated. Clean up was thorough and satisfying. I recommend them highly. Their demeanor was pleasant, their skill level high, and their honesty and customer service refreshing and greatly appreciated.

John was really great to work with from estimate through completion. My project came together as I envisioned and within timeframe and budget. The work area was always kept neat & clean at the end of the day with little disruption to other living spaces. John communicated updates and any changes/additions ahead of time and followed up when needed (he was super patient and flexible with my crazy work schedule which made it difficult for me to respond in a timely fashion!). We hired John to repair our master bathroom. There was rot and ants behind the walk-in shower as well as some mold and damage to one of the wall boards and some floor tile damage. We decided to remove the shower and make it a 1/2 bath instead since the room was a little too small to begin with. John and his subcontractors were prompt, on time, and on budget. He did an amazing job matching up the flooring, eliminating the shower, and installing a linen closet it its place. The entire job, from demo through finish, took them less than a week and it came out perfectly. I'm very happy with the results and would hire John and team again in a heartbeat.

John and Chris just finished remodeling two bathrooms for me and I couldn't be happier with how they came out. The quality of their work was excellent and they worked very efficiently, with only minor disruptions when the water had to be turned off. John started the project when he promised and finished in a timely manner. ` Throughout the project there were challenges, from receiving items with hidden damage, missing items, and my supplier shipping me wrong items...but John just took it in stride. He made it all work and did so with a smile. John went the extra mile for me by taking care of a bunch if little things that needed to get fixed and I would absolutely hire him again.

The project went great. On time and within budget. John and John did all the work necessary to remodel a master bathroom, a half bath and a laundry room. This included all the demo, floors, walls, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, shower, tile, painting, etc. Excellent job and we will definitely use them again for our next project!

They came out promptly to look over the jobs and said they would get back to me. I called a week later and was told I would receive a quote in a couple of days. I never received a quote. I tried calling again and did not receive a call back. If you weren't interested in doing the work then just say so instead of leaving me hanging.

I was so happy with my previous bathroom remodel from Extreme Makeover I hired John again to do another Project on the upstairs bath. Again, the results were better than I anticipated. John Leahy, owner and his associate John produced a beautiful and updated look. The craftsmanship was impeccable and they were always on time and finished the project earlier than promised. We recommend Extreme Makeover without reservation. We hired Extreme Makeover (John L.) to finish our unfinished basement, bathroom included. The results are excellent, and we are very happy with the final product. John and his subcontractors did a great job. They started about on time, finished about on time, stayed on schedule, and stayed in budget. Everyone was diligent, personable, courteous, and clean. John is a great communicator, so we were always aware of the job status and scheduling. We were always consulted on necessary design changes and budget revisions. Can't ask for any more from a contractor. I hope to hire Extreme Makeover for our next project, whatever that might be.

The job went very smoothly because John went the extra mile. I had not opened the shutters which I had ordered on line. When John opened them it turned out that I had ordered the wrong hardware to hang the shutters. John went and got the right hardware and did not charge me for the extra time. Shutters look great.

This is the 3rd project we have had John do for us and as usual he did an outstanding job. I love our new fireplace with the new tile around it. I wish I could post pictures so you could see how great it came out. I will definitely hire John again for the next project.

I recently worked with John for a kitchen renovation for my home. John and his crew were very accommodating and extremely patient and walked us through the whole process and recommended us to the right cabinet and granite people for a very fair price. He worked with my budget and went and beyond to get the job done even with some minor hiccups here and there. Every one of his sub contractors were super trustworthy and pleasant to work with. Getting a kitchen renovated is very stressful, but John finished the job in the said time frame. Its just our first week of having our kitchen back and we at the moment are very happy with the work performed and will definitely recommend and hire him again if things continue to be the way they are.

Needed an old vanity moved out of a 2nd floor bathroom and a new one moved into place. John and a co-worker arrived on time, were very professional, took out the old vanity (200 lb+) and put the new one into place. Job required some modifications of the new vanity, replumbing drain, and installing new shutoffs to accommodate the vanity, as well as installing faucet. They did everything needed - good problem solvers and great at communicating options and how they would proceed. They were very respectful of the house - even though they were working in tight quarters and I would definitely hire again.

I t went fine, except that a faucet that I had bought did not fit into t he space meant for it. The workmen found another one and finished the job.

Job went well. cleaned and removed all debris. would hire John again and recommend him. he has done a number a jobs at my home.

Overall, we are very happy. John L. was reasonably priced in comparison to other contractors and he also helped with the purchase of materials when we were unsure of what was needed. Throughout the entire project we found both John L. and his team member John to be professional, courteous and conscientious with their work. When a minor snag occurred with the plumbing it was addressed right away and to our complete satisfaction. Don't pay attention to the walls on the attached pictures since we will be painting those ourselves.

John was very professional from start to finish. He was responsive, punctual and did all of the work he quoted me on. The vanity installation proved to be challenging as a result of some plumbing and other issues. John worked with plumber to solve the problem and was able to ultimately install the vanity as expected. John and his crew are neat. The put drop cloths in their work areas and always clean up at the end of each day. I would highly recommend John and his team.

Work performed was done professionally. I am very happy with finished work. Friendly and let you know everything that is being done. Area was cleaned and what was ripped out removed. Would definitely hire again.

The house is from 1890 and John did a very nice job framing and the door and making it weather tight. Nice job on the flashing and painting. It was more complicated than planned and took two days. He left the work sight in good order overnight until he finished the job. e are very happy with the result.
