John was very personable, and found time the next day for installing baseboards in my basement. He came in twice because there was no access to the stairs the first time, and he still managed to get it done for me in an hour. We will definitely hire him for several other projects around the house.

We hired John to remove our old front entry way door and side-light and install a completely new door and double side-light. John was on-time, courteous and did top quality work. Best of all, when the manufacturer send the wrong window insert, John took full responsibility and made all the arrangements to get the window we wanted in place as soon as possible. For the money we paid I think we got at least 2x the curb appeal. I would defintiely hire John again.

John repaired our front stairs, porch screens and several other things around the house. I also called him at the last minute to have lattice installed around the porch before our daughter's bridal shower. He made room in his schedule and came out that morning to get the work done, The yard looked beautiful by the time our guests arrived. He's a pleasure to work with.

John was always courteous and prompt in all his correspondences. He was always on time whether it was showing up to do an estimate or doing the actual job, did a good job with the install and even went above and beyond to help us rewire the alarm sensor and replace the door's hardware even though it was our mistake in picking the wrong color, not his. I will definitely consider him in the future for other jobs and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

We needed the main entrance door replaced and wanted something unique to match the style of the house. John helped us find the right product and put us in contact with the distributor directly to be sure we were getting the correct product. He showed up on time, did everything and more than expected. We had purchased a lock set made in Germany and one of the parts was not correct. Johns team was able to remedy the issue and continued to make sure that the product worked even though they did not purchase it. To me they went past expectations.

John is the owner of Extreme Makeover and he did a great job on my multiple projects in a townhouse. Projects included installation of a hardwood floor, crown molding, baseboards, replacing electrical lighting and others items. Work was done quickly and professionally. Best of all, John is a take charge guy who seems to enjoy working for his client. He has helpful suggestions and was a pleasure to work with.
