+ -1 moreTechnician was very good, but they left before the cable box loaded. It never came on. I called the owner and he finally called back. Sent a tech on Saturday. One of the cable ends were not attached. (You'd think they'd check this before they left.) They didn't have a crimper, so he left. I called the owner last week at least 5 times, followed up with emails to see what was going on. Like he fell off the earth. I'M STILL WAITING AND NOW HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE ELSE FOR A $1 PART. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EXPERIENCED EVER!! If you hire this company, I will guarantee you'll have issues with this owner.
