Description of Work: Bill was referred to us after David Iverson( who is now in Tampa Florida), walked with $30,000. Bill was nothing but professional. He did incredible timely work. Very happy with every aspect of our project.

 + -1 moreOverall, the project went very well. I didn't hire Bill directly, but instead he was hired by the store from which the windows were purchased. His team showed up when expected, and moved the job along at a good pace. They removed and installed about 2 windows in about two weeks. There were some minor workmanship issues such as uneven joint compound on one patched wall, and a splintered length of trim installed around one of the windows, but the problems were small and few relative to the overall job. We had a problem with shrinking of a trim piece after the job, and Bill was very quick to respond and help us rectify the problem.
Description of Work: Bill and team were contracted to install new windows in my house.

 + -1 moreAs I stated above, Bill was nothing but professional and catered to our needs. I highly recommend Bill to anyone in and around the Southern New Hampshire area.
Description of Work: We had a contractor not finish our project. Bill was working on a neighbors house when this happened. Our neighbors recommended Bill to us.We signed a contract with Bill to finsh our project. We had a kitchen that was demo'd and a deck that was framed by the initial contractor. Bill came in and finished the project. He was nothing but professional. Bill had his crew finish the deck.They needed to add supports to the deck. They were very flexible and catered to our suggestions with the stairs to the deck. We really wanted to have a beam to support an existing wall. Bill got the right people in to place a beam into the ceiling. Bill was always in contact with us and always answered his phone to answer all my questions. Bill was always present when one of his sub contractors came to the house. So, a beam was placed in the ceilingl. A/C duct work had to be rerouted.. Next the beam was placed and all prep work was done, A door and window were placed. Sheetrock was placed on the walls. The tile was done next. The cabinets went up next. At this point Bill was very proffesional and worked with me daily to go over the check list of the final preperations that needed to be done. The kitchen came out just like we wanted and in a timely manner.

replacement windows
 + -1 moreThe company was subcontracted by a Window supplier local. Bill and his crew started shortly after the windows were delivered. Getting the whole job done took about twice as long as originally planned because due to the very cold weather the crew sometimes could only work 1 or 2 days a week. Some parts were more difficult than expected like disassembling and putting back together siding on the third floor. Other parts took quite a bit longer like redoing a previous poor siding job on one wall. Depsite that, they did a meticulous job installing each window without cutting corners and we are very happy with the result.
Description of Work: Installed 27 windows in 1905 Victorian house (full installation, not just replacement).
