The owner was professional and prompt in setting up a time to view existing roof. The crew who worked on the house were careful of shrubbery and did a great job with clean up. My husband and I were very pleased with the finished job and would recommend them.

Talked to Joe about the condition of my roof. He came to my home and gave me an honest assessment and we agreed it needed to be replaced. He provided a professional quote quickly after his visit which I accepted. The crew showed up at 7 the morning on the day agreed and when right to work. The roof and cleanup was completed on the same day. I'm very happy with the owner Joe, the workers that completed the job and the workmanship. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a hard time getting other roofing contractors to even return my call. I saw Joe's truck (Arone Exteriors) doing some roof work on the house across the street from me. I went over and asked them to come give me an estimate. Joe was professional and very thorough. He gave me an estimate on the price and when he could do the work. His crew came on the day promised and they did a great job. I have a flat roof on some portions of my house, and they needed to do a rubber rolled roof. On another section there is a pitch, so they were able to use shingles. It looks wonderful and I haven't had any issues -- even in the torrential rain storms we've had. I would highly recommend Joe and Arone Exteriors and would definitely use them again in the future.

Joe was very professional and a joy to deal with. His crew was on time and stripped, and replaced the shingles on my Colonial in Windham nh. Going to have him come back in the Spring and repair my porch. I'm going to recommend him to a friend that needs his roof replaced as well.

I was very pleased with Arone Exteriors work. Over two days they stripped down the entire roof, checked the structure and decking, added 9 feet of ice and water shield (I have ice dam problems), replaced all the shingles as well as anything else that comes with getting a roof done. His crew was very efficient and moved throughout the day to complete the project. It was actually quite impressive. Also complete was the replacement of all the wood on the exterior being replaced. We have issues with dampness that had rotted most of the exterior trim. This was also completed in good order and efficiently. Working with Joe was a good experience. He was delayed during the process, but more than made up for it through the installation process. I really appreciate companies and people that don't let you waste your money. There were two additional projects I wanted to complete and would have paid for, but after consulting with Joe he showed me why my plan wasn't the best. It ended up saving me a bunch of money. Overall, I'm very pleased with the product, the installation, and the professionalism of Joe and his crew. I'm going to use him next year on a siding project.

Got back to me in a timely manner. The entire business transaction went well and smoothly. When I had contacted them I after the roof had been installed about the gutter not seeming like it was secure on one end, they quickly responded and returned to make the gutter more secure. I would definitely do business with them again. Only flaw was that I saw they offered a 5% senior discount which did not come up at all in the conversation, and for which I would have qualified. However, price was fair for the work.

Owner Joe was very responsive in coming to give an estimate. I asked that the job be done by the end of July, and he made sure to do that. The entire job only took 2 days. THe rubber roof had a wooden deck on it and a railing, and they removed them to do the roof and put it all back with no problem. They did a great job and cleaned up well afterward. The crew was primarily Spanish speaking, which I don't speak, but Joe stopped by a couple of times each day to check on things, so all went smoothly. I would definitely hire him again.

The entire job process from start to finish was very professional and as described it would be. Joe advised me of every step of the process and he overlooked the workers. Workers were professional and clean up was great. The complete job was done in one long day... Overall A++.

Joe was very informative when quoting for the job and his workers were professional and reliable. They completed the job efficiently and they left the place clean and tidy. The section was previously messed up by another contractor. Joe obtained the town permit readily. His people did a good job that was commended by the solar panel company that installed the panels on the roof later. Joe also provided a letter to certify the bad work the other company had made. He could have been a bit more detailed in the letter but understand that's beyond the normal scope of work. At the end of the roof job when they had packed up everything, I noticed one ridge shingle over a window was slightly off and was hoping they would glue it back but it was probably a minor thing from Joe's perspective and he hand waved that it's not a problem. The solar panel installers didn't mind gluing that little corner and we have had no problems with the roof. Overall, they were terrific and I would highly recommend them

Very professional looks beautiful! All garbage removed up to last nail. Higher grade waterproffing and ridge vents very impressed crew was professional and curteous. We have a larger home with many hip roofs.

The crew from Arone Exteriors is very friendly and knowledgable. I asked for a 2" continuous aluminum soffit vent and on the first day of the job one of his expert carpenters suggested an alternative material called Cora-Vent. He showed me a sample and I was impressed. The finished soffit vent solution disappears from view but has drastically increased the airflow in our attic. It is a pleasant surprise to meet craftsman who truly understand your needs. At the end of the day on our final walk through I pointed out some black spots on the newly installed gutters and how out of place the old, rusted, plumbing stacked and vents, looked on top of the new roof. Immediately he sent a workman up the ladder to clean off the gutter, just a spot of shingle dust, and they sanded and painted the plumbing stack and vents black to match the roof. The finished product looks sharp! It's the attention to these small details that make me look forward to working with Arone Exteriors on our next home improvement project. I highly recommend Arone Exteriors.

When I called Joe he responded to my call within twenty four hours and came out two days later. He inspected my roof told us of the damage we had from the winter storms and came out within a week to do the work. Considering all the problems people had this winter we were amazed he came so quickly. I want to add that I made four calls to vendors and Joe was the only one to respond to my call. From the moment they stopped by to provide a quote through the job completion, they did a fabulous job. Joe and his crew were very professional and personable. The work site was cleaned thoroughly with the best possible attention to detail. We highly recommend their work and if we have another project, we will definitely use their services.

We've used them twice. They did our main roof and a small house we have. He was good in both times that we used him. He shows up when he say he would, his price was good and the work was good. We liked him. He's very nice and returns your call promptly. We were very happy with his work.

Emailed on Monday night after realizing I had a leak. Joe responded that night and said he was available on Wednesday. The 7 other people I emailed didn't even respond. Points for promptness and responsiveness. Through email communications, Joe mentioned he would be here roughly around noon, but didn't "commit". At noon, I texted Joe and he said they would be here around 2 or 2:30. They showed up at 2:45. (Reasonable, because I can imagine how many people need this service after receiving 5 feet of snow in the past 2 weeks.) I inquired how they remove the ice, since experts on the internet say that steam and hot water are the best ways to remove ice without damaging the roof. Joe mentioned that his crew uses pick axes, shovels and roof rakes to remove the snow. I wasn't 100% thrilled, but my choices were limited, and my roof was leaking fast. Remember 7 other companies didn't even call back. 4 men showed up and proceeded to climb up the house and start shoveling the snow off. These guys have nerves of steel, shoveling the roof, ice picking the dams that they are stepping on. I was told that these guys were roofers in the summer, so they know how to handle the picks without damaging the roof. The roof and ice dams were cleared in 2.5 hours. While the gutter area isn't bare to the shingle, the huge ice dams are off the roof along with all of the nylons that I put up there (salt filled nylons). Hopefully the sun will melt all of it off so i get a clean roof. I have bowling ball sized chunks of ice on the ground in front of my house. Most importantly, the 2 dams that were causing the water to leak into my house are gone. Pricing wasn't established until the crew showed up, and it was reasonable considering the amount of damage this service is preventing. I already have a wet carpet as water was leaking through the wall into the upstairs floor. Our house is a 2200 sq ft colonial with a hip roof (pyramid shaped). It would have been cheaper if I didn't have them shovel the snow off the roof, but there was a good 3 feet of snow, and I was worried about collapse with the freezing rain coming up. The crew cleaned up the front walkway, but left huge chunks of ice on the back porch. Not a huge deal for me. Overall, I am extremely happy with the service because it was so prompt. Communication with Joe was very short, and I felt like I had to extract info from him, but I can totally understand that his company is busy. I believe they do 4 houses a day.
