+ 0 moreI requested an estimate on siding in May 2018. A week later, two gentlemen showed up to the house to get measurements to give me an estimate. They said they wouldn't be able to perform the siding until the fall of 2018 and I said that was fine. I never heard back from them after they came to the house, so I emailed them at the end of July. The gentleman said that the "estimator must have missed this job" and that they were booked into 2019. I said that was okay and I could wait until 2019 and that I still wanted an estimate. I heard back from them 2 weeks later in August. They stated that their company was now "booked through the winter of 2020 so unfortunately they would not be able to provide any services." Extremely unprofessional. If they didn't want to do the work, they could have just said so.

+ -1 moreExcellent! The job was done in one day and the price was as quoted. Cleaned up after was done. I didn't have to ask about the extra metal from the job he just gave it to me. Definitely will use again as he kept in communication with me throughout the process. The fact that Tom came up in the middle of winter to price it out (including getting on the roof for measurements) really impressed me and his follow-up really impressed me. When I asked for references he had three within minutes. Thanks Tom and Lakes Region Ridgeline Builders I now don't have to worry about my leaky roof!!!

I sent a review in March 2012 to Angies list and let you know how bad this company was. You did contact them and they came out again and we had to paty another $460.00 to them because they had no money to fix the mess they already made. I let you know thye came out and the roof seem fine. But little did we know that we spend months trying to get them to come back once again, the damage to my Sunroom now is about $1000.00. We had to hire another roofing company to come and fix the damage. ALL SEASONS ROOFING/EFFINGHAM NH. RICHARD MCBRIBE 603-539-2450 RICHARD SAID: GYPSY'S WOULD HAVE DONE A BETTER JOB. THey took out a piece of wood 9" by 14" and never replaced it. Covered it up with a tarp and this caused the roof to leak badly. They are deceitful and never call you back or come back to fix the mess they have caused. Richard McBride stated he would tell you how bad this job was if you care to call him. I would like Ridgeline to a less give me back all my money or half of it since I had to pay anothet $2200.00 to All Seasons for the mess they made. Description of Work: JOSH AND TOM FROM RIDGELINE TOOK OUT AN OLD DOOR ON THE SIDE OF MY HOUSE AND REPLACED IT WITH FRENCH DOORS. BEST THING WE EVER DID. DOOR FITS GREAT AS COMPARED TO PREVIOUS DOOR. PUT BACK THE SIDING AND YOU WOULD NEVER KNOW IT HAD JUST BEEN DONE.

+ -1 moreJosh and Tom were very professional. Because I decided to purchase the materials myself, they took the time to come with me and made the process go very well. They paid extra attention to detail, even washing all the windows before replacing the storm windows. Clean up was as if they hadn't been there, which I was grateful for because I have 4 dogs. I would definitely recommend them. I hope to have them back this fall to start on the inside. Thanks again, guys

+ 0 morevin The crew did exactly what was pre determined. Removed all of the tattered existing siding. Disposed of it properly, and resided with yl siding, in what seemed to be a non stop manor. EXCELLENT WORK!!!!
