I was very pleased by the work done by O-Bee's electric. Francis was professional. He called to set up his appointment and arrive on time. When all the work was done, he cleaned up and made sure that I was happy with the work. Since my dealings with O-Bee's electric, I have recommended him to many of my friends who have used him and have been extremely pleased as well. Francis was on time and available immediately on all occasions I needed him. I never needed to redo any of his work, everything was done right. He did it withing estimated time and it cost me right at his estimate without overruns.

Called Francis on a Wednesday about installing a gfci circuit on the 2nd floor to install whirlpool tub in upstairs bathroom. He was able to come out on Saturday and run everything down thorough the wall rather than outside as we had initially thought. I would absolutely recommend Francis and O-Bees Electric and will be using them again in the future.

He returns calls and texts promptly. He shows up when he says he will show up. He is a one man show so he is not always available right away. I find if I call 2-3 weeks in advance and get in the schedule, I don't have any problems getting the work done. He is never the trade that holds up the work. He works well with other trades. He often works unorthodox hours-evenings and weekends, which is fine for unoccupied units. It may be that he does that for me because I have move in deadlines. I trust him to work alone and gave him access to a key. When he did work in occupied units, he was great with my tenants and cleaned up after himself. He is polite, does not smoke, does not use foul language, and is a diligent worker even when left alone. He is a problem solver and usually comes up with 2 or 3 alternatives to accomplish a task that can't be done as originally planned. His price is very fair for all that he can offer you. He will clean up after himself if you specify that. I usually do not want my trades to clean and organize because that is something that I can do. He is a good man and as a landlord I hesitate just a little bit to recommend him because I don't want him to be too busy for me next time I call him! I would highly recommend him for your project.

A circuit in the kitchen was out, and I couldn't find the cause. I had checked the circuit breakers and all was well. I had reset all the the GFCI circuits and was at a loss. Mr. Aube returned my call and listened to the problem. He said he was certain that there was a GFCI reset that I had missed. I had only recently moved into the house, so I embarked on a thorough search - and sure enough! I found an outlet tucked away in a corner of the kitchen, hidden by a window casing, that I didn't know was there. I pushed the switch, and presto! The problem was solved. Thank you, Mr. Aube!

This is our first home and we needed some minor electrical work done prior to moving in. I called several electricians and Francis was the only one to actually call us back! He called back within a few hours of leaving him a voicemail and was able to come out the next day to walk through the house and give an estimate. During the estimate he was honest with us and tried to find ways to save us money but seeing if he could find a way to rewire the circuit breaker without fully replacing it. He gave a high/low of the estimate and called back in about a week to finalize the estimate. Francis was very available to come out within a week to do the work but because of the weather he wasn't able to come out for 2 weeks. He showed up on time for both the estimate and the work and was professional and courteous. We recently had painted and had the floors refinished and was respectful of that, laying down mats so he didn't damage the floors and making sure to be careful with everything he did. We added a few extra things from the original estimate and the total amount charged was still around the original estimate. I would absolutely use Francis again for other jobs if need be and would recommend him to someone else. He is professional, intelligent and very much the type of person who measures 3 times and cuts once. We are very happy with the work that he did and the rate that he charged us for it.

Great experience. I called Frank on 1-22-14 and he returned my call that day and was very personable on the phone. I explained that I wanted to retain my existing breaker panels and combine them on a single meter and he understood exactly what I wanted and did not try to upgrade me to a a single larger panel at great expense as another provider had tried to do. He was able to give me a quote over the phone for $150 which included supplies and labor which I agreed to. Frank made an appointment with me for 10 A.M. the following day and showed up on time. Frank and I reviewed what I wanted and he examined the project and set right to work and completed the task in an hour which seemed like record time. I liked his manner and the fact that he is a straight shooter and his price was reasonable. I will definitely use his services in the future and I asked for a stack of his business cards to give to my friends.

Replaced a faulty circuit breaker. It solved a very frustrating problem that had been occurring for two years. Very happy with the service.

There was one time when we expected them to be here and they weren't and he didn't inform us beforehand but after that, he told us that something had come up and that he probably should have called us and that he was sorry so it was not a huge deal at all. He cleaned up pretty well.

I was hoping that the work could have been done quicker but he was backed up and wasn't able to start it for a few weeks. It cost more than I thought it would but, I was told that he anticipated the job would be difficult because of the age of the house. Despite the cost, I felt that the work performed was excellent and I would use O-Bees Electric services again.

..I actually found O'Bees Electric on Angie's List...Since he was close by and was highly rated, we called and he came. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and went about the projects in a timely manner. We called him a second time with several more projects and again, fairly priced and excellent job done. We live in a 200 year old home and as you would imagine there are more complexities working in this environment. He is great and we highly recommend him for all of your electrical needs.
