I am so impressed! The man that emptied the tank was very nice. He gave lots of good advice. We just moved in and havenâ t had any experience with septic tanks so we had lots of questions. He was really patient answering us. Two other gentlemen came and installed a new cover. They all were very professional and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Rowell.

Quick fix at good price

They responded quickly and were very knowledgeable about our needs. The man who came out to check the situation even went to the town fire chief to get an OK and the type of installation they wanted to do before the quote. The job was done within about 2 weeks from contacting them via HomeAdvisor.

I called Rowells Services to have an in-house drain unclogged. I was able to get an appointment that afternoon which was great. I was told that I would get a call when the techs were on the way. That did not happen , but they arrived that afternoon as planned. They immediately assessed the situation and elected to run a camera on a snake through the drain pipe. To do this they had to remove the toilet. They found the clog and cleared it. Verified that the drain was open and then reinstalled the toilet. They did a very nice job of cleaning up after themselves and left within one hour after arriving. This is all the good news. The bad news is they did not check for leaks when they reinstalled the water line to the toilet. The next morning we had water dripping from the slow leak in our finished cellar. I found the source of the leak and tightened the connection myself.

The man who came out was able to answer all my questions,and explained what he had done and possible costs of repair to me at my home inspection
