CAULDER CONSTRUCTION

Description of Work: I have used Caulder construction over the last 6 years for many things, the simplest of which is plowing to the most complex being foundation digging, septic installation and retaining wall construction. Rex is simply a good guy as are his boys Casey and Kyle. They employ a good crew some with more experience than others but all equally polite and conscientious and always looking to satisfy the customer. I am very particular and during the jobs I've hired Rex and his crew for, I've often changed the scope or design mid-stream and Rex is always accommodating. Of course Rex does charge for these changes but he's not unreasonable. The running joke in my home is whatever Rex writes as a quote, just double it. I'm not sure however this stems from him or me however ;-) The one thing I would recommend is that you put down everything in writing that you believe is included in the scope of work because Rex doesn't put a lot of details into his quotes. He's more of a handshake kind of guy. This of course can lead to stuff like, "I thought you said that was included" But as stated, Rex is more than fair and has never made us feel as though we have overpaid for any work.
