Aaron Fadden

I left Aaron a voicemail and he got back to me very quickly. He delivered the firewood sooner than he thought he might be able too (which was fantastic) and the firewood was in great shape, cut to the perfect size and clean. I will continue to use Aaron and would recommend him to anyone.

We have been getting firewood from Aaron for several years and he is prompt and never disappoints. I would highly recommend him.

I called him in the winter to let him know the wood was too long, some were over 17-18 inches. I cannot move wood around in the stove, once it is in there it is very hard to move. I tired once and it caught on fire. He said he knew what I was talking about and said he would call me back. He finally got back with me and was very rude. I explained to him I needed it cut and he started to complain that he didn't want to do it. He told me to go find someone else. He was mean, sarcastic, even admitted he cheated me. I needed the wood to burn and he just laughed in my face told me to call the better business bureau. I haven't heard from him. Since April of his year. It just doesn't see right. He gave me 20 boxes of "slash" wood, which is he scraps. I needed actual good wood. He never offered to give me any money back or help me. The men that came to finally help me told me what terrible quality of wood it was.
