Showed up at 7:30.....angry and verbal about the fact that they would have to actually dig up out septic cap, informed us that they only did this for "elderly customers" and that it would cost us an extra $3.00 per minute that it took them to dig the cap up. Grumpy, grouchy and made US feel like WE did something wrong......Never Never Never Again
