Good communication and almost immediate answers to my questions. I paid $400 for deck, stair and railings. Crew worked fast and we're kind enough to move grill out of way for me as was on a second floor deck.

I cancelled the contract because I chose to sell the house as is.

John arrived right on time with his team. He had two permanent mounted huge compressors housed in his trailer. There were four workers to do the wash. John went over the house with me and we identified areas that were problematic for mold. The back of my home was heavily soiled and John said he would get up on the porch roof to clean the higher levels. The siding looks brand new and has never looked so good in the past 6 years I have resided here. He even cleaned my deck for me. This company is definitely the outfit you want to make your home beautiful again. Punctual,professional and a great value for quality work. Check them out.

They were very professional to work with. They were easy to communicate with, promptly returning calls and messages. They arrived just when they were scheduled to and within two hours they did all the work. The house looks great and I am very happy with the job they did.

Wasn't awful. They had to come two different times and there is no way to know if they actually hammered loose nails as I ended up doing about 15-20 of them myself. Not the end of the world. You get what you pay for. I just don't feel the job was 100% complete, but I never complained. They seem nice enough, easy to reach, responsive, etc. I just don't feel it was an "A" job, more of a B/C effort.

He advised us about color and staining options - and the staining is lovely! We are very happy. There were some issues with back and forth emails - but that was just as much a problem on our end as the company's.

It was pretty mediocre. I had it redone. It wasn't the greatest. It was more of a hype. They did an okay job but it didn't look any different when they were done. They did something and they charged me more. They did it right away within 5 days. I didn't really like them. I just felt like they were in it for the money. They really didn't care for the product. They did what they said they were going to do. It was not a good experience. They should care more about the product when it's finished. It seemed to me like they didn't care about the deck at all.

Overall, pretty well. However, I wasn't completely satisfied with the area surrounding the windows.

It was fine. They have limited things to do. They did their job and it was okay, it was not great and it wasn't bad. They did their job and they moved on. They did basic power washing, they didn't do anything awesome or go above and beyond. It not bad but wasn't great either, it was average. They have a good price. If it is a great price, I will use them again in future otherwise no. It was only the price that made me go there otherwise I don't think I am going to hire them just to do power washing.

Excellent!!!!! We could not be more pleased with their services. My original service from them was powerwashing of my house at the end of summer. They did such a nice job, that I asked if they could return and paint two sides of our house that were unreachable for my husband to paint. The quoted price was extremely reasonable; I requested "asap" and as they were completely booked, they accommodated me by fitting me in on a weekend that they were free. Very unusual to find such accommodation! Not only were they responsive, professional in follow-up and confirmation, the finished paint job could not have been better. They spent many hours prepping, painting and cleaning up resulting in a great finish. I highly recommend Extreme Clean Powerwash!

A two man team spent several hours power washing moss from our rather steep garage roof. One side did not have ground access and required the work done from a ladder suspended from the peak. This was laborious and time consuming for them requiring frequent ladder relocation, but I observed a through and meticulous job was being done at all times. After roof cleaning the pair pressure washed the siding and walk ways where needed and even washed off the rear deck. Way more than I expected, but much appreciated! I asked the lead worker to quote the cost if we had not taken advantage of the "Big Deal" promotion. It would be twice as much! Truly we lucked out and got a good deal, but in a couple of years we will have them back for an encore.

It was fine. They came out last month. No additional charges.

Just wanted you to know your folks did a great job. Looks great - better than my expectations. Please thank whoever did it for a job well done and appreciated. I did leave a check on the back sunroom but I guess they did not see it. I'll mail tomorrow. By the way, perhaps you should take "before" and "after" pictures to use as a marketing tool. My house and deck were unsightly and now look almost new. Just out of curiosity, how many man-hours did it take? Thanks again.

It really wasn't the best. A lot of my windows with the exterior power wash ended up getting a broken sill. I'm not sure exactly why that happened. The sill between my windows were damaged. I ended up spending a lot more money than I thought. It sounded like it was going to be a good deal but in the end, it ended up being much more money than I thought it was going to be in the long run. They were very responsive. They were able to come right out. I wouldn't use that service again. I ended up purchasing more. I wanted more than just my window glass to be cleaned. I wanted sills and I wanted the entire windows to be cleaned. With the price I ended up paying at the end of the day, I probably should have gone with a different service. They listened and they were able to do the work immediately. The worst part was it was obviously an up-sell kind of a thing.

I purchased this service because of a special price offered via Angie's List. Turns out our home was too large to qualify for the special deal, so I paid an extra $100 for their service. The guys were hard workers, and the place looked great when they finished. My biggest concern (beyond not qualifying for the originally listed price) was that almost all of our windows were streaked with washer solvent once everything was dry. I had to pay to have all of our windows washed. I spoke with a rep from Extreme Clean about this and she apologized for the streaking.

Easy to set appointment, quick responses, professional communication. The team showed up right on time and worked hard throughout their time on the property. Took a very tough roof and made it look new again. Really pleased with the results and for a very fair price. Would highly recommend!

Extreme Clean Powerwash did a SUPER job cleaning my roof. I had mold and stains from the trees surrounding my home. They arrived on time , did a great job of making my roof look so clean and renewed. Very happy with the crew as both were professional , got the job done. I would gladly use them again and will refer them to anyone I know looking to have their roof cleaned.

Excellent. Jon and his crew were efficient and courteous. We have asked them to give us an estimate to stain the fence before they seal it.

Overall, it went great. I didn't realize what a huge job this was...there were 3 guys here for about 5 hours total! Roof looks great after treatment. My only complaints are that (1) they were 2 hours late and (2) they blocked my garage and driveway so that I couldn't leave during the work;I would have appreciated a heads up before they started and a suggestion that I put my car on the street. I suppose I could have asked mid-way to move the truck but there were tons of hoses and whatnot and I didn't want to disturb them.
