Not as clean as I hoped for an Azec deck and lots of spotting. Bleach from spray also spotted nearby wooden fence but the Company came out and stained the spots to blend in. This company gets an A for customer service. They really tried to make things right just wish the cleaning was more consistent.

Very well. We had intended to be home on the scheduled day, but were stuck in another state. We thought they would probably just walk away. When we came home, their sign was on the lawn, and the house was done. The cleaning was much more thorough than we had expected.

A very positive experience from start to finish. The service technician John, was polite and professional and did a very good job. He assured windows were closed and worked around mature landscaping. Problems were resolved and the house is now clean and bright. Extreme Clean exceeded my expectations.

Arrived on time, completed work on 8 - room gambrel with attached family room and garage in less than two hours, did not damage any landscaping.

Quality work from quality people. Donna is the initial and main contact and she is patient, courteous and professional and a complete pleasure to work with. We had to adjust schedules a few times, mainly because of me, but it was all handled very well. Donna kept me updated on the status of the truck's arrival on the day the work was performed and they arrived on time and got right to work. After completion, they walked around the property with me to let me inspect their work. I am completely satisfied with the finished product. My sister even commented that it looked like a whole new house. Great job!

Job was done very well. Paid $199 for a special but due to the size of the house, had to pay $100 more (square footage allowed was mentioned in the special). They came out on a rainy day to complete the work and did a very thorough job. Will hire them again.

They were late arriving, had to call the office to fi n d out when they would be here. Thought they should have called, when they realized they would not make the 2 hour window.. there were a couple of areas I thought could have been cleaner, but overall they did a pretty good job.

They were very friendly and professional, and did a great job cleaning the house and the deck, and were even able to remove a tough stain on the house from years of exhaust from the furnace. They were very responsive, and fit me in within a few days of my initial call.

On their first visit during their set up I caused a massive leak in the basement due to my error in turning the water on for the outside bibs the wrong way and broke it!! thus causing a quite a flood in the basement. John and his side kick made every attempt to rectify the cleaning situation but due to the lack of water pressure they were unable to do so. In the end they said they would come back and complete the job after my plumbing issues had been fixed. As promised they called later the following week and set up a new appointment, this time it went flawlessly and I couldn't be happier with the results. This company is superb in every way, from speaking to Donna at the office to meeting the technician John who is a amazing asset to have. Great job guys I will put the word about if I hear someone needs the service your company provides.

The crew arrived on time and immediately go to work powerwashing our home. They did a wonderful job and we will definitely hire them again in the future.

Scheduling was a challenge with getting a response and appointment was for arrival by 9:00 but did not show up. I called and they said since it was raining the team was not going to come. They did not proactively call me and it did not make sense that they could not power wash a house with a light rain. They eventually sent someone to do the job I prepaid for months in advance. Once I got over all the scheduling issues, the two men that did the job were polite and did nice work.
