Description of Work: Powerwashed with a special solvent the exterior of my house

Description of Work: They power washed our large deck including railings. When deck was first dry, I noticed that they had missed a few spots. When I called and told them, they scheduled another visit and returned to redo the missed boards. When everything had fully dried, they returned to apply the clear waterproofing coat. Our deck went from dark charcoal gray to a blonde wood color close to when it was new. This was a dramatic improvement!

Description of Work: "The two workers were prompt and polite, and house was washed satisfactorily in a reasonable time frame. However they did not warn me that the washing fluid would damage the plantings around the house, which had I known I could have provided a barrier to protect them. Also they left no business card or paperwork. There was no direct conversation with them prior to the job despite a request on my part for a phone call. "

Description of Work: The company did a excellent job power washing the house, and sidewalk. In the process the windows also got washed, but need to be washed again, due to the cleaning solution in the spray. They are filmy.

Description of Work: The quality of the work was excellent. The crew that performed the work was very professional and did a great job. |My only issue was that it took a long time before the work could be scheduled and then then specific appointments had to be changed at short notice as the company was very busy and had to deal with some unforeseen personnel changes.

Description of Work: Did just what we asked, powerwashed the deck, came back and stained the deck. Easy to work with and would work with them again.

Description of Work: Powerwashed the entire house. Carefully removed mats and any movables before starting and replaced everything at the end. It was perfectly done.

Description of Work: They arrived very late and were short staffed for the job. They did not even start the deck staining. After multiple contacts and promises they have still not scheduled a return visit to seal the deck.

Description of Work: Exteme Power Clean did an excellent job. I called them ahead to ask about adding my front steps to the package and they offered me a fair price, so I added it. The team came in and did an awesome job, very professional. Only minor issue is that they somehow did not come back a few days later to seal the deck; but, upon calling their office, they apologized for the oversight and sent the crew to complete the task in a timely manner. They even fixed one of my front steps which was lose. Overall great company, very professional and responsive.

Description of Work: They cleaned and sealed the attached stairs. They helped remove heavier items from the deck and really worked hard at meeting complicated schedules. I would recommend and use this company again.

Description of Work: They did a great job. However, the request to schedule later in the month was acknowledged but never rescheduled. Construction on my road was ending mid-month so I wanted it at the end of the month. They came the earlier date anyway, so clearly a miscommunication. They also washed the fence around my property, but I didn't have a quote for that ahead of time (in spite of informing them and asking for ideas of $) so not sure if the extra $ paid was a good value.
