Extreme Clean is committed to maintaining the safety/health of our loyal customers and our hard-working team members. Fortunately, we work in settings that allow for social distancing. We instructed our team to maintain a safe distance from customers and fellow team members. Team members are practicing hand washing and our equipment is regularly sanitized. Our products are proven to kill mold, moss, and other bacteria on exterior surfaces, which reduce the spread of unwanted contaminates. Extreme Clean is dedicated to a safe and clean experience for everyone. We encourage that you continue to support local businesses if you have the means to do so. Extreme Cleans main service provided is exterior power wash. To meet customer needs and requests we have expanded to interior and exterior painting. For exterior we have the ability to wash/prep and then get the painting completed with one service provider. No juggling of schedules! For interior painting we are committed to professional and reliable work that includes paint prep and finish painting. We commit to be dependable, affordable, and personal customer service. We believe that outside and inside spaces should be clean and healthy places. We will customize our service to meet YOUR needs. Everything that we are and do reflects our commitment and values. Description of Work: I paid the $150 up from for a deck cleaning. The ad was for a cleaning and sealing. When they called to schedule they informed me that railings and stairs were extra. $160! More than the initial cost. They already had $150 so I agreed. It initially looked good, but I now see they sand blasted the deck and it is damaged. The waterproof sealant was not consistently applied. I regret this service.

I talked with you several times regarding our service and with each encounter, you never mentioned that there was a concern over the additional cost for the railings....if you read the AL offer/deal you will note that it is stated in the deal/offer that there is an additional charge for steps and railings. Reading the full offer and the fine print page is important and I always review this with the customer. I am not sure how you think the water sealant was applied unevenly, as this is a clear product that helps to repel from water/rain.....it goes on clear and dries clear. And we do not sand blast, wherever that came from it is certainly not Extreme Clean. We take pride in our work and use the utmost caution when pressure washing to ensure that the job is done right to the customers satisfaction. When I called you for our follow up customer service call, you mentioned that the service was great and the deck looked great!. Extreme Clean has been a premier customer of AL and the community we serve. I wish you the best in the future, Donna at Extreme Clean Power Wash

The results are spectacular. |They are one of the most professional companies I have ever used. |They emailed frequently about scheduling, showed up exactly on time, did an exceptional job, left the area spotless and followed up a week later to ask if I was satisfied. |I wish there was a rating higher than A+ I could give.
