Extreme Clean Powerwash

AWESOME!! What a difference. Definitely recommend these guys.

The team arrived punctual, and preformed the work. I was working at home that day, so it was nice that I hardly even noticed they were there. They were quick and swift with the work, even in the August heat. It took a little while for the weatherproofing, and he came somewhat unannounced, but overall the experience was a great one and well worth the price.

They did a fantastic job!! All of the accumulated moss buildup is completely gone and the black shutters look brand new. We would recommend Extreme Clean to anyone who was looking to improve the look of their home.

They were AWESOME! Not only did they power-wash the deck they refinished, primed and painted the deck. They were absolutely wonderful. They did an amazing job. They went beyond the scope of what the company does. They were very accommodating.

Donna was very helpful in answering my questions and setting up the appointment. They were able to fit me within a few days of my accepting the contract. Although they were a little late due to other jobs, the two-man crew did an excellent job in just about 2 hours. .

Jon and David came in timely, were polite, and did an excellent job in cleaning up our roof. They have shown high attention to detail and left no square-inch untreated. Our roof looks like new and we would recommend this service to anybody.

The overall process went very smooth. I purchased the service about a week ago and was able to get my appointment very quickly. It took the two guys from Extreme Clean Powerwash a little over an hour and it looks very good and very impressed by the job they did.

Did a good job, got it done quickly. Did not go above and beyond by any stretch, but the house looks better and they were careful enough not to cause any damage. Missed a couple of spots that I noticed after they left. If you hire them, expect a good job and carefully examine the finished work before they leave just in case you need touch ups.

good. i had asked about painting, staining etc. but they were not responsive. Just did the power wash job.

Deal never stated how many coats were to be used. The company sent out and estimated that with the extra coat it would be an additional $100 which turned out to be recanted the next day and restated that it would be $400 which we settled at $200.They did a great job its just the price was unexpected. The job took three days to get done which was suppose to be done in a day.

It turned out good. They ended up coming earlier than they expected them to so it worked out well. They did a quality job. Those aren't part of the $179 pricing which I think is mentioned on the Angie's List deal that they're offering. I did decide to have them include that at an additional fee. At first, I think they wanted to charge me an extra $250 to just add the porch and rear deck. Then, I negotiated it down to $200. They were very good with follow up and contacting me. The communication was the strongest piece of the experience. The person I dealt with, I think her name was Donna, was in frequent contact with me leading up to the service. Then, there was a follow up call after the service as well. I wasn't home to interact with people who did the service. I on;y communicated with the person I dealt with over the phone, that experience was good too. I would use them again.

They actually showed up and did it in a downpour and it came out beautifully. I can't believe how much better it looks.

They removed all the black streaks on the front roof and the garage and it looked like its original color which was grey. We were very pleased with the results. Then they went around and cleaned the clapboards where they were stained from the dirt coming off the roof. We would certainly use them again.

Arrived on time. Performed washing. Let dry. Came back& waterproofed. Everything was done professionally. A great deal.

In hindsight, and absolutely no fault of the company, I should not have purchased this service. It was a bit of an impulse purchase, and had I thought it through, I would only have had them pressure wash the porch but not seal it. (In part because we had wanted to stain the deck, which we cannot do now because of the seal. My mistake.) While the porch deck definitely looked better after the pressure wash, there were a few areas where house paint, grease from a grill, and wax from a citronella candle had spilled. These areas needed more than a simple pressure-wash could accomplish. Before sealing the deck, I should have taken care of those areas myself. The first time they sealed the deck, it appeared to me that the seal had not gone on uniformly. Some areas looked like the sealer had been splashed on unevenly, and it took longer than we expected for the seal to dry. I asked them to come back and take a look. While they didn't seem to see what I saw, they offered to seal the deck a second time. The second time the results seemed more uniform, and with recent rains I can say that the water is definitely beading up. Overall, I thought they did a decent job for a great price. I would recommend them for cleaning and sealing an untreated deck that won't later be stained, as the pressure wash and sealer does do a good job.

Scope exceeded the coupon, so I had to pay a little more. They showed up on time, worked most of the day, and the roof looks like new. My only complaint is that the gutter was full of leaves and debris, and they washed it down the downcomers and onto my flower bed, leaving a mess; still, lot easier picking it off the ground than cleaning the gutter. Good job overall.

I wanted to pay extra to have them pressure wash the railings, but they showed up early and did the job before I got home to meet them. So I waited several hours for them to show up before I found out they had already been there. A phone call would have been nice. The deck came out much better than I expected it to, however, so I was pleased with the outcome.

The job was done professionally and completely. They were hampered by rainy weather, but worked with us to allow us to keep up with several other obligations which did slow down the schedule, but this was no fault of theirs. They were pleasant at all times and did a great job in all phases of the project.

My roof was filthy, it had moss and mold in various spots. I had never had it cleaned before so I didnt know what to expect. I saw the "big deal" with Extreme Clean Powerwash on Angie's List, and thought I'd try it. They contacted me immediately to schedule my appointment, and Donna called a few days in advance to confirm my appointment, Jon and Jesse showed up promptly as scheduled. Jon and Jesse did an AMAZING job, and my roof looks like new!! I was very pleased with the job that Extreme Clean did, and was also pleased with their communication and professionalism. I would definitely recommend them, and plan on having them back to clean and seal my deck.
