Exciting Windows! by Verticals etc

The technician determined that the shade was in dire need of replacement but buying a new one was out of the question. He repaired missing fasteners and didn't feel he could warranty the work and therefore did not charge. He was there for about 30 minutes and we were so impressed with him and Exciting Windows! by Verticals that we would recommend them to everyone we know.

I love the Roman Shades. They are beautiful and high quality. The process was simple and Mary Ellen walked me through the steps to design and choose the right fabric. They were ready in a few weeks and installed perfectly!

Lots of the sales mgr came to our house w/samples. She gave great advice the installer was as competent & professional, best part; from ordinary to installation was only 3 weeks! They worked hard to get out & install the day after the blinds come in! They were fabulous!

The work went smoothly. I have no complaints. The blinds came without the wands that were supposed to be with them, but the installer called and came down a few weeks later to replace the cords with the wands. I didn't have to call and remind them. The old blinds and shades were taken away and everything looks great! Everyone I worked with was very professional and I would use this company again. Wish I had known of them sooner!

We dropped in to see what Exciting Windows had on display based upon Angie's list reviews. We left our name and number and got a prompt call back to set up a home consultation. I knew what I wanted but both of the installations were pretty tricky -- I had a triple window in my dining area that I wanted white wood blinds and a street view from my bedroom that I wanted half shutters. The session occurred exactly as planned and plenty of time spent to get exactly what we wanted. The design consultation was very well worth it as I would have picked a totatly different "white" but these are gorgeous. I was steered to the best material per application, using vinyl for the shutters. The installation was included for a flat price and the installer spent a great deal of time in our house as the plantation shutter installation was tricky. They turned out great. The installer worked to make me completely satisfied. The over the top was that I had another installer for my living room blinds -- but that service provider did not provide returns for the valences. The valence was open on the sides and sort of slid around a bit from side to side. Very frustrating. For the cost of the replacement valences only, the consultant contacted the blind manufacturer, worked out the best alternative, obtained our approval and the installer installed new valences with returns. It really looks so much better. That is above and beyond. I can't say how happy we are with Exciting Windows. Highly recommended.

Wonderful! Mary Ellen arrived promptly, had all the appropriate samples, gave wonderful suggestions, was very professional and measured the windows perfectly. The installation was extremely professional, installers were courteous and on time. They came right before the holiday, so we could have it all ready for company.

The whole project went very well. After ordering the blinds it took 3 weeks for them to arrive from Canada. The installation took about 2 hours and we are very happy with the blinds. I would definately recommend this company.

Mary Ellen works very hard in trying to get the right riser/fit. Made a couple of visits to accomplish this. Guy, the installer was precise. Professional neat and clean with the job.

Mary Ellen gave wonderful guidance and helped us with choices of drape material, hardware and sheers. Lots of suggestions and input. Derek the installer was very professional and did a great job. Cleared up any debris. Very trustworthy.

The installer arrived and meticulously removed treatment from wrappings. Removed wrappings to truck and installed treatment in a very professional and timely manner.

Exciting windows had 2 steps for me: 1) Custom set-up 2) Hardware install 3) Install finish drapes or curtains
