Very busy but very responsive and motivated. Came out to house took him 5 minutes to diagnose and fix our problems and just charged me a service fee for his time. Great 👍 businessman and when we have other plumbing issues he'll get the call.

Dan was very efficient and responded very quickly, however he was only at my house for 5 min, but still charged me the full service fee. No tools were used he only had to adjust the float in the toilet tank. No break here!

Come in a few hours to fix a leak and was very pleasant and professional. Will definitely use him the next time I have a plumbing issue!

Dan is nice, personable, diligent. He works fast, doesn't waste any time, and adapts to problems on the fly. But he would not have to adapt if he did his homework before the job. He put a water heater in my house that did not fit--he made it fit by enlarging the opening--Mickey Mouse style. He insisted on a brand that he should have known would not fit. Other makes come at the proper diameter for my installation, which would not have required enlarging the opening and gyping the woodwork. He also squeezed the heater in a drip pan almost the same diameter as the unit. I cannot recommend him.

Dan was awesome! I was selling my house, and 2 days before, saw there was a leak. He came the next day, fixed leak. Closing went off without a hitch! He responds quickly to calls, price is extremely fair, very professional.

Dan Lavigne fixed a leak in a kitchen pipe and put in a too large coupling and so the clamp wasn't able to be tightened so after a month or so it leaked like Niagra Falls under my Kitchen sink cabinet. Charged me $225. !! When I called him several times saying it still leaks he said he would call me back. Never did.

Dan is a super professional, has excellent knowledge of the problem, was prompt, courteous and efficient. Even showed me how to fix another leak myself! I highly recommend Dan for any plumbing situations.

He is a very fair with his prices and he called and setup appointment was on time and did an excellent job fixing up the other contractors messup.

Very professional and accommodating. Came on what I would consider short notice, and on a day when winter weather had made driving a challenge. Got right to work and was done quickly with needed repairs. Very personable. I have another plumbing project to get done in the Spring, and I will be hiring Mr. Lavigne to do the work.

I have now used Dan twice for my plumbing questions and needs. He is professional and knowledgeable. And, he is an incredibly good guy with high integrity. I called him this morning for help with a leak. He was at my house within 2 hours, solved my problem within 10 minutes, wished me a Merry Christmas and due to the simplicity of the issue he didn't charge me for his time! His card is on my refrigerator and I will be recommending him to everyone that I know.

Dan did exceptional work. His quote came in right to the penny, and he did a beautiful job plumbing in our new basement. You can tell that he takes great pride in his work.
