Picked up snowblower, called back with diagnosis, did work and delivered snowblower. They also addressed how to avoid future carb problems.

The lawnmower I wanted them to service was pretty old. One of those "fell off the back of a truck" deals. I never put a dime into it and had it for 2 years. I consider myself fortunate it lasted that long. When it died, I called Coastal. They called me and told me about the repair costs, which were not worth it considering the machine age. They were extremely honest and fair and I ended up buying a lawnmower from them. This is not a fancy lawnmower shop, but an honest to goodness local business with fair prices and good service.

Trimmer went fine. Tractor took longer but there did keep me in the loop on status.

They're OK, very nice guys, but seem to have missed too many little things. I was referred to another place closer to home, so I'll be using them instead.

Did exactly what they aaid, called when they were going to be late. But expensive. But I guess in this part of the world, that's what you might expect. The work was superb.

Ric and his team were absolutely fantastic!!! When the snow blower was dropped off we received a call to let us know all the things that were wrong and the repairs were made and the snow blower was back to us in no time. Ric is a very honest and up front business owner, his prices were unbeatable and I would recommend him to anyone that needs repairs to snow blowers, lawn mowers, tractors, etc. Thanks Ric for the great service!!!

Although I have not yet had to use it, and hope I don't, pickup, repair and delivery were timely. Called Thursday, picked up on Friday. Called with estimate on Tuesday, delivered on Thursday. Had asked for delivery by 10AM. Received a call about 9:20 letting me know he would be a little late. Showed up by 10:10, no problem, glad they called. Driver showed me what was done and started it up. Looks good.

Ric - Did an excellent job throughout the whole process. He was very personable, but more important he was professional, was very clear as the process he would follow and also provided a clear and written estimate. He checked back with me, as he had to order parts and let me know an ETA when the work would be done. When I went to pick up the splitter, he reviewed what he had done and walked through the work he completed, sharesd some things that I should look for down the road and also helped refer me to a welder to put on a hitch to the unit. Bottom line, I would not hesitate to recommend Ric for any repair or estimate that you may need for any small engine device you would have. I would definitely go back again!

I contacted the company via their website to get an estimate to fix my Craftsman mower which wouldn't start. The owner of the company responded the same day and we spoke on the phone. He seemed very reasonable and the pickup/delivery charge was only $25. He fixed our tractor and it now runs better then ever. I will use this company any time I need small engine repair. They are extremely responsive, it's a professionally run business with a big focus on customer satisfaction.
