+ -1 moreMy dated, bathroom faucet had a broken pop-up drain plug so it needed to be replaced. I called this company Friday afternoon (10/31/2014) and Tom called me back before the end of that day. He told me he would call me the following Monday(11/3/2014) to let me know when he could do the job. He called me Monday afternoon and told me he could come that day. Tom was punctual, courteous and did an excellent job replacing the faucet. I would use his company again for all my plumbing needs and recommend him to family and friends.

+ -1 moreHe was very friendly and professional. His work was excellent, very neat, and tidy. He left during the job for a water-main emergency which took most of the rest of the day. He came back later in the evening to finish up for us. Obviously there were many happy households with water restored at the end of that day, including us! Would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: He worked in a crawl-space (more like a crouch-space) which was unlevel and very uncomfortable. He replaced pipes, wrapped them with heat tape, and lifted a sagging drain pipe.

He completed the job while we were away, and the final bill was roughly half the price of the estimate as he didn't need new parts. I found this company to be fair in price, honest with labor costs, and quality in work performed.
