 + -1 moreThey did not show and did not return several calls. We ended up having to rake the roof ourselves just to try and mitigate some of the issues.
Description of Work: Contacted Quality Tree to shovel front and rear roof. Price was a little high, but with this winter, what can you do.

 + -1 moreInitially I was very pleased with the quick response and the work done. After completing the work, James told me to let him know if there were any issues with the shrubs he planted as they were guaranteed. The shrubs started to die and I sent two emails letting them know. When I got no response, I called and spoke with Jillian and she told me that they had a virus in their email and that is why they did not respond. She said she would let James know, but then stated that all of their work is not guaranteed. I never heard from James. I sent one more email and again no response. That may explain why they were so quick to do the work, as if this is how they run the business they probably do not have a lot of repeat customers.
Description of Work: Removed old shrubs and planted two new shrubs.

Description of Work: Took down two trees. Cut one into fireplace logs and removed the other tree and all brush.

 + -1 moreThey were here for two weeks taking tress down and cleaning up my yard. They not only took the trees down but also did a great job with cleanup. They took away all the stumps. I recommended them to several neighbors already.
