Yan and his Pro Warrior Construction team were awesome to work with. We had vinyl siding installed on our home and Yan was quick to respond and come out for my free home estimate. He gave me a quote right there during the estimate and came in thousand of dollars under his compensation. His team arrived early and stayed late every day of the project. They were professional and worked shockingly fast and finished the job ahead of schedule. I would absolutely hire them again for any future home renovation projects I might have and can confidently recommend them to any friends and family members who maybe looking to have work done on their homes as well.

Pro Warrior just completed the siding on my house in Newton, NH and to say I'm satisfied would be an understatement. The siding came out absolutely BEAUTIFUL! They did a phenomenal job! Yann and his crew are hard workers and you can tell they genuinely care about what they're doing. They were all very respectful of our property and at the end of each work day, they made sure to leave our yard in order. The attention to detail really shows! The icing on the cake - my rottweiler is nervous around everyone but she became instant besties with Juan - I guess she could just tell they were good people because she would let any of them pet her without hiding. Yann and his crew just finished siding my house that was built in 1880 and it looks awesome. I was hesitant at first to side it with vinyl but Yann assured me it would look good, and it does. His crew is top notch and very professional and respectful. I recommend that if you have a siding project Pro Warrior is the one you want to complete it

The workers are true artisans who care about the quality, excellence, & beauty of their work. The project involved complete removal of old siding, repair and replacement of exterior sheathing with rot and water damage. This was then followed by a full custom siding job. They did a beautiful job and are the best. contracting company I have ever worked with! Yaan was wonderful to work with. 5 stars!!!!!!😀

Pro Warrior did an amazing job on our house renovation. Yann’s crew is the hardest working crew I have seen. They were here from 7:30am till 5:30pm everynight they came. The fine details with the siding , trim and metal work was amazing by them. Our house looks so updated and modern. Looks like a brand new house. I needed a lot of interior remodeling as well as a new roof and I wanted some incredible siding, my house needed a lot of work. Should you need a great contractor? My husband and I cannot begin to say how happy we are with our experience with Pro Warrior Painting and Construction. Living in Newburyport our large wooden deck had seen it’s day and we knew the time had come to completely replace it. Yann the owner, from day one was personable, professional, prompt and a perfectionist. He and his crew went out of their way to get our deck done within budget and in a timely manner. We never felt forced or pressured into making decisions, but were encouraged to make decisions together for this project. Yann’s work ethic really was above and beyond what we expected. It was a tough work with demo and complete rebuild, but everyone on his crew had a very positive attitude and worked very hard until all of the work was done! It’s obvious he has had these guys working for him for a long time as the daily moral was high and they all worked together seamlessly, with an obvious tone of mutual respect. These guys worked, day-in and day-out, to get work done in a timely fashion, often working very long days. They were meticulous workers ensuring everything looked perfect. Overall the project went well. Good quality work. Some minor issues and delays but in the end the house looks great. Pro Warrior crew was very respectful and friendly.
