Mike was prompt and professional. While the problem with my washing machine couldn't be fixed, his professionalism and responsiveness was great and I appreciate his ethics. I will be calling him first the next time I need assistance.

Left message at 8:00 am. Mike was at the house and had repaired by 2:00pm. Washer stopped working after wash cycle, wouldn't drain water. Wasn't sure if it was worth it to fix, but thought we would try a repairman. Didn't like any of the reviews on any of the models out there now. Mike was professional and worked fast to replace the pump. He had the pump with him. Explained everything to my husband on how to keep clean. My husband was more than pleased with Mike and will certainly call him in the future for any repair issues. Nice to know we have someone we can trust in case something goes wrong in the future. I had read review before calling and they were spot on. I was aware that all repair visits had approx an $90-$100 diagnostic fee. So was pleasantly surprised that the cost for the new pump was only $68. Total cost $157.00 My first time using Angie's List and I will certainly come back again!

I have never had a repairman be so honest. I will use him if I ever have problems again. I would certainly recommend Mike to anyone.

Came to give an estimate on washing machine repairs within a week of initial contact. Was knowledgeable about what he was doing , took the machine apart diagnosed the problem and made his recommendation

Dontcha just love it when the guy shows up on time, diagnoses the problem in about a minute, has it fixed in about a half hour, has the right parts on the truck, and charges a reasonable amount? And is a nice guy to boot? Mucho recommended.

Mike performed quality work at a reasonable price.

FAST - called only a few days before, had the parts in his truck and and it was fixed in 1/2 hour!

Called Mike yesterday, he was here this morning - I am especially grateful since Amesbury is not his usual territory -- he made the trip due to my dire need (no frig 2 days before 4th of July!!) He was fast, explained everything along the way, had The NECESSARY part in the truck and within 1/3 hour to 45 minutes she was up and running again like new!! Awesome!! It's nice to know there are appliance 'angels' out there - courteous, prompt, fair, experienced and prepared to take care of your little nightmares right then and there... just fabulous!!

Called him the night before and he was at my house at 0830 the following morning.

Mike arrived 10-15 minutes before scheduled appt. completed work.in approx in 20 every knowledgeable and polite.He ever recommended a product to remove alge from vinyl siding on time outside his field.

Very pleasant. Extremely reliable. Had parts already on hand. Honest!!!!!

He was able to diagnose the issue with my washer. GE had come out several times and were not able to fix it. I would use him again.

Mike is an absolute joy to work with. He has done three or four appliance repairs for us, ranging from major to minor. He usually can give a tentative diagnosis over the phone, and makes sensible recommendations about repair vs replace. His service charges are very reasonable and he gets the diagnosis right on the first try.
