Provider came punctually to quote the job. Glenn was very professional walked around and quoted a "straight forward job at a good price". He assured me I did not need other quotes as his quality and price is the best. He said the price was $4000 for all the work and he would do it in June. Glenn came out the morning they started and said it should take about a week. His guys came at noonish each day and worked around 4 hours. It ended up taking three weeks which was fine. I expressed concerns about Windows being stuck shut after they painted and painting in direct sunlight heat. Glenn suggested Windows may have been stuck originally but we assured him they weren't as we had to replace storm windows every year and had just removed them the day before. There was no concern on their end about the sunlight. Glenn called after 2 weeks requesting payment that day but the job was days from being finished. He said it was harder than he thought and was costing him more. I said that that I just want it done right and was willing to pay $300 more when it was done. They finished towards the end of the week while I was away and insisted my wife pay. We did. I noticed today (September) the paint on some of the doors and trim is bubbling (see direct sunlight). I talked with Glenn and he suggested it was due to prop coats of paint. Talking to other painters and looking at paint websites this is the number one cause of bubbling. I suggested this was it and he said no and I could touch it up next year. So I suggest looking elsewhere, or at least get other quotes of you are looking for painters.

It went very well. They were always on time. They were very clean in their work and when they were finished, the house looked awesome. The house needed a lot of wall repairs and the walls now look brand new.

Glenn came within days of my call to give an estimate. He thoroughly explained what and how things would be done and he and Scott essentially did a perfect job. They came promptly in the morning and stayed late in the day even on some excruciatingly hot days. Very neat and avoided shrubs etc. They were respectful of my property, my time and of me. I'm finding this isn't true of everyone but it was here. Pretty perfect. Thanks Glenn and Scott.

The service was great! No problems whatsoever. He even did things that was not in the contract, like cleaning the bricks. . He also did our deck. He did everything he said he would do plus extras. Did everything perfectly. It looks great! I would highly recommend him to anyone! I wouldn't use anyone else.

Glenn's crew did a good job painting the exterior of my home. It turned out that there was more work needed than Glenn anticipated when he quoted, but he stood by his quote! We are pleased with the work and we would use Glenn again in the future.

Glenn and his helper did a great job painting all my outside woodwork and bulkhead and they did it in a very timely manner. They were professional, courteous , knowable and the price was very reasonable. I'm planning to have them come back early next year to paint my downstairs interior.

Glenns Painting and Restoration is my painter of choice. He has painted and made repairs on three rental units I operate and then painted my new home. Glenn is without exception one of the most professional, knowledgeable and personable craftsmen I have ever worked with. He was courteous, responsible, and respectful of my family and my property. He wrote up a thorough, complete and clear explanation of the work proposed. He kept in contact with me to let me know the status of the project and made recommendations as he went along when he would find something that needed to be addressed. Glenn and his team have done many jobs for me including, interior and exterior painting, carpentry, gutter cleaning and repair, power washing, deck finishing and roof repair. Every job done was done to my satisfaction and more. They cleaned up each day and at the end of the project left my home immaculate. Glenn's Painting and Restoration was one of three contractors that we interviewed and requested a quote from to paint our two story home. The first contractor came but quoted us pricing without inspecting our home. The second contractor did a decent inspection but wanted to charge us extra because we lived in NH not MA plus his price was much higher and did not included restoration work other than some simple repairs. Glenn Theodore came to our home within two days of my call for a quote. He was on time for our appointment and went over our home very carefully to see exactly what we needed. Within a couple of days I received a written detail estimate of the work that was to be done. The prep work that was done on our house was outstanding, every cracked or chipped piece of siding was repaired or replaced. While doing the prep work on the back of our home a large area was found to be rotten and damaged from ice and a area that did not have ice and water shield. We felt very fortunate that we had someone who knew what the problem was and was able to do a quality repair with this damage. We would have been in serious trouble this winter if this was left as it was. The majority of the time Glenns Painting took to do our home was in the preparation and repairs. They did not rush the job and made sure that the weather was right before painting, so it did take a little longer than we thought it would take. The men that painted our home were courteous, showed up to work in a timely manner and picked up there materials. The painting they did was very neat and professional, no splatters or mess any where. Once the house was done Glenn Theodore came over and inspected all the work to make sure everything was done to our liking. We were told if we find any area that is not to our liking to call him and he will make sure it is taken care of right away. He even fixed a broken hanger on a gutter that we couldn't find anyone to fix (the job was to small). He also left us some extra paint in case we needed to touch up a spot or two from some kind of damage. We are extremely happy with the painting and repairs and the price. The house looks beautiful.
