GRANITE STATE HOME IMPROVEMENT

My work was done in 2014 however I felt the need to write a review as I see one women who has bashed this company on multiple review sites _ I would hire them again, the owner and workers were great - very responsive and let me know when anything was delayed. I can say 6 years later my seamless metal roof, windows and beautiful harvey doors are as beautiful as they were when they were put in. I would hire them again in a minute and will when my next big project comes up.

This company is very unreliable and unprofessional. I hired them in good faith in January and paid good money for work that wasn’t done correctly or completely. There were repeated cancellations, delays and excuses. The job was started but still wasn’t completed by June, the work done was sloppy and many mistakes were made. I let them know I could no longer deal with the way they did business and hired a reliable contractor to finish it. Check them out on BBB where there are other complaints as well.

The folks at GSHI improvement did an excellent job replacing all my entry doors. They also fixed the header over the sliding door that was improperly installed. Very much enjoyed working with them. Follow Up: The side door was becoming very difficult to close, so I tried to get GSHI to come out and check it out. I got no response. I submitted a warranty claim with ThermaTru doors who were very responsive and sent a representative out to check out the door. He indicated that it was an installation issue, and then proceeded to adjust the door so that it would close easily. I notified GSHI that ThermaTru indicated that it was an installation issue.Again no response.
