Description of Work: Was able to accommodate my schedule, showed up at exactly the scheduled time, was friendly and took shoes off before entering, diagnosed it immediately and had brought the proper replacement part. Was less than I thought it would be based on my knowledge of the issue. Would not hesitate to call. Super service provider.

+ -1 moreI was having difficulty with my dishwasher, and found Randy's service through Angie's list. They were able to come out within a couple of days and promptly fixed the problem. Very minor repair. He was only there for an hour, and was able to fix the problem and help clean out the dishwasher to improve cleaning performance. Nice, courteous repair person. Arrived within the time window specified.

Description of Work: warranty work on appliance purchased ai IKEA. Did excellent work, on time. Also purchased a dishwasher direct from him last year. Prove was the same as big box store and he installed. Would recommend him highly.

+ -1 moreWe returned home after an extended stay at our Gulf Coast home and neither mine nor my Mother's refrigerator worked. We called Randy on a Sunday night and he/his wife immediately made an appointment and came out the next day. He diagnosed the problems and fixed our refrigerator and recommended Mother buy a new one. I can't tell you how much I appreciate having someone so reliable, professional, and effective. His wife is always available and cooridinates his appointments, etc.
Description of Work: replaced a compressor in our refrigerator--had part with him checked my mother's refrigerator and told her it would cost more to fix than buy a new one checked and adjusted on demand water heater-- in the past, he has replaced motor in Kitchenaid dishwasher--he contacted the company and was able to get a new motor for free--we didn't have to do anything he was also here another time--don't remember the reason HE IS THE BEST--he knows what he is doing--he is extremely personable--charges very fairly--he is always looking out for the customer

He was supposed to come between 12 and 4, but we've just had an ice storm and he was busy with emergency repairs and my power was out so he was there at 4:30, which was really very good. He also diagnosed that my freezer was overflowing because the drainage tube was clogged and unclogged it in a minute. I was very pleased overall.

Description of Work: Randy was contacted to repair a Kenmore Gallery dryer. Randy and his wife were easy to contact and were very prompt in returning calls. He was quick and complete with his work and even provided additional information on a non-operating microwave during the visit.
